Sep 13,2024No stocks but still accept placed order, and then still released the tracking number and sent email notification. After that, cancel order and refund without any explanation. Just look like nothing happen and disappointed to get this kind of operation. Not care customer’s feeling.

Mar 26,2024I bought a tin of Selected Oolong Tea and two boxes of 913 King’s Oolong Tea from Oriental Tea Box. Delivery was fast and I received two Red Oolong Milk Tea as a gift. I am happy with the milk tea and Selected Oolong Tea but am disappointed with 913 King’s Oolong Tea which is tasteless and without aroma. Can I make a suggestion? Please put 3:15PM Roasted Milk Tea on shelf. It tastes really good! All in all, this is a pleasant purchase experience and will buy again.

I'm very happy to be able to buy these vacuum packed teas from Taiwan, as it's almost impossible to have things delivered straight from Taiwan to Iceland for some reason. Excellent teas, all of them. Very good Oolong, Bi lo chun and probably the best dragon well I've tasted.
