Sep 05,2022Ordered an axel bar, got all the confirmation through but it's now 4 days since the last communication from Origin to confirm dispatch and DPD to say that their driver was running late. Overall really disappointed so far and not convinced I'd use Origin again.

The items were delivered over two dates due to awaiting stock, and once received they were as expected. I’m very happy with the purchase overall.

Jul 25,2022Items ordered are of great quality. However we can not offer 5 stars due to DPD's incompetence when delivering. The day we were told it would arrive, we both waited in, we then got a message saying 'sorry we missed you'. We have cameras and no one even attempted to deliver our parcel. The next day I was back at work but hubby was working from home, We received a message saying they had rearranged delivery as per our instructions. We had not asked for the delivery to be changed. the next day after I made a complaint to DPD, and our parcel was delivered the following day but the box was opened and damaged. Luckily the equipment inside was all there and in good condition. The equipment we ordered is great and good quality so thank you. Unfortunately the delivery service your company have chosen is letting you down.
