Shame that your employee (blonde, slickhaired) that was working in your Copenhagen flagship store on Friday 09.08.24 at 17 was such a pretentious snob. I came in having seen some items on your website that was a part of your summersale. I like to try stuff on before buying, so I made the trip to your flagship store, with the intention of trying them on. As soon as I showed your slickhaired employee the items, he began showing signs of judging that it was items on sale. Phrases like "we don't have items on sale here" and "not at those prices" while judging, frowning down, and chuckling condescendingly. I went up to try a tuxedo for a wedding that I was going to, and approached him to ask if tailoring was in the price. He began chuckling again and said no, again in a condescending tone. I noticed that there was a couple who came up at the same time where the guy was trying on suits. Your employee was outside their changing room the whole time, treating them with danish water, and chatting merily. Nothing of the sort my way. Unfortunately this left a bad taste in my mouth, and I chose to buy the tuxedo in Hugo Boss instead. For full price. And for more money than the one in yours costed, despite me liking both tuxedos equally. Entirely because of the service that they provided compared to yours.
