Jul 15,2024I bought an item using my AMEX on 27/06 for £119.40. Returned it to OJ and they issued a refund on 05/07 to Klarna? Klarna have no idea who I am (I don't even have an account) and OJ saying they've sent the money to me. Statements show otherwise (15/07 today). So, just a heads up, you will not be getting a refund if you do a return - they'll send it to another company instead. Update: had to do a chargeback on credit card. Customer service ignored me after I followed it up as per their request.
