Jun 24,2019I needed a van in a hurry these guys turned it around in just 5 days that’s very good in my eyes. Nick mainly dealt with my needs once the van was here they phoned and talked me through all the features, I jokingly said it’s low on fuel so they told me to put £30 in and send them a receipt and they will credit my account. My dealings with other companies my previous vans turned up with just enough to get to the nearest petrol station. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys excellent service

Jun 10,2019Bob and the guys are great. This is van number 2. Took a bit longer than expected for the van to arrive. This was due it being a new model. They take personal approach and if they miss a call from you. They call you straight back. All in all the service provided is fantastic and the Van looks great. Hopefully I will get a other couple from you soon.

Jun 07,2019OMG 😮 I can’t believe how good these lads are from the first call. To the delivery of the new crew cab it’s been great simple emails and paperwork. Bobs jokes need some work on them. Nicks sales skills are brilliant from beginning to end there was no sales it was just friendly chats no hard sell. All in all I’d happily recommend them to anyone.....

Apr 21,2019From the moment I enquired Bob and Nick were great going over all the details and putting my mind at rest with things. Having not been successful with conventional leasing unlike most they looked at my individual position and ability to repay as opposed to a number from Experian to base their decision. From the moment of the first phone call four weeks later I had my nice new van. It’s something that’s going to benefit my business for years to come that we can own outright with no balloon payment. I can’t recommend Otto Van enough.

Bob and nick I cannot fault atall they explained everything in detail so I could understand the deal they was always willing to talk if I had any questions unlike other companys that ignore you once they have your money.. I would recommend otto van to any 1 and have already passed there details on. When I expand I will 100% be using otto van.. thanks for all your help its much appreciated

May 21,2021I took delivery of my New Renault Traffic from Otto van in 2 years ago. To his credit and my downfall, Bob asked me if I would be willing to add a review o here a couple of months after receiving the van and I was happy to do so but forgot, (Sorry Bob). The GETTING THE VAN process with Nick and Bob was painless, stressless and Hassle LESS. Straight forward chats with Nick and some emails back and forth and it was done. Van arrived a few days later, I must add, Bob went a bit above and beyond to get the van in the colour I needed which was a personal touch that was very much appreciated. I've called a few times for this and that over the last two years and whether it be Bob or Nick I am always presented with a very personal response, it's like chatting with to mates that you've known since childhood. Between them, they deliver not good, but a GREAT customer experience from start to finish. Never an issue with transactions not been taken or being taken incorrectly or any of that. Top class all the way. I can not recommend these two gentlemen highly enough. My words don't do justice to the professionalism of service they take huge pride in delivering. With my deepest Sincerity, Thank you guys for all your help over the last two years and I look forward to our future dealings, You are both a model for others within your industry to work towards, (no one could ever match it).
