Sep 01,2024Paint not good, unless you want to paint your white car grey, don't buy their white paint. I bought the white paint to fix scratches on my white car, just to end up with a massive patch of a grey colour that is not even close to white.

Aug 19,2024What a waste of time. Big on capturing my business via Google ads but can't supply a bit of Caterham Exocet Red. All info supplied, make, reg, colour name, paint code. If you can't knock up a bit of red what hope is there?

Aug 13,2024Shockingly bad! So I unfortunately scratched my car in a multi storey having slightly misjudged the angle coming down a ramp and scraping the back on the concrete post. So I decided to get the primer, paint and lacquer pens. First of all the paint dries so quickly and because of this goes glupey in seconds. Even though the needle tip is a good applicator, it's hard work continously trying to squeeze the paint out. Secondly and most importantly the colour was wrong! They give you a matt paint rather than the metallic colour of your car. So I can see they've tried to mix it to the nearest colour but because it's matt, it sticks out like a sore thumb! Really wish I hadn't bothered. Total waste of £40

Aug 08,2024I ordered touch up paint and lacquer for a new Hyundai Kona 2024 in Ultimate red code R1P when it arrived the code had been changed to R2P hand written next to the correct code I asked them to clarify this was definitely the correct one and it said it would normally take one working day for reply it took over 2 days and they still couldn’t be absolutely positive it was correct and wanted me to paint something else then offer it up to the car to be sure if they are not sur they shouldn’t be selling it the code is from the dealership as I’ve not received the car yet with postage this still cost nearly £30 not cheap unlike the customer service which is rubbish ref PN358867

Jul 25,2024Ordered touch up and primer. Wasn't able to use it until recently. The paint had separated and the clear liquid had turned orange coloured. When shaken to remix, the white paint was yellowish. Contacted customer support to ask what the expected shelf life is and they said approximately 1 year. This was ambitious on their part as it was purchased less than one year ago. I have other touch up paints which are several years old and have not reacted like this. Cheap product but not cheap price.

Jul 23,2024I ordered paint from this company for my previous car and was nothing like the silver it should have been neither was the replacement they sent. I didn't use either and just threw away. Now ordered a dark grey for my replacement Mercedes SLK and yet again nothing like the colour it should be. They state on their website "exact colour match" to what exactly? As are many other companies that do car touch up paint go to them instead as is totally useless hence half of the reviews are a 1*, says it all really.

Jul 19,20241.6k I had to pay to replace the whole side of my car due to the glaringly obvious mismatch of paint. Paint wouldn’t come off without stripping original paint. When mentioned to support they didn’t even have the decency to refund my £21 order, don’t order from here.

Jul 18,2024I ordered a wood, window and door paint in red gloss with a paint code RAL3003. My painter started to paint with this colour and quickly realised something was not right as the paint smelt very strongly of thinners and coverage was sticky and patchy. Two of his paint brushes were ruined. After trying to paint the doors he gave up. He was talking to a member of the public who had also noticed the strong smell and was told the paint he was using was vehicle paint. Clearly we had been sent the wrong paint but the customer services response was very terse and clearly not interested in making good a simple mistake. Lesson learnt - never again!

Jul 18,2024I have used this business a few times, they have very reasonable prices. Recently ordered a touch up pen for scratches. Initial product came damaged but they were very professional and understanding and resent the item very swiftly. Very high quality of the paint. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs paint work on their vehicle
