Ordered my paint before reading reviews and became very concerned at what would show up! I'n the end, my paint arrived and there was nothing wrong with it. Couldn't fault customer services either. Paint arrived in time and was exactly what I needed
This company are a disgrace! They claimed my address was incorrect, but quite obviously never despatched the order at all. They then made absolutely no effort to rectify the issue with me after over a month had passed. They simply told me they were not liable and I should just order another... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Difficult to find a ‘match’ without knowing my inside leg measurement. Awful ‘match’. Even worse customer service. AVOID!!!!!
Pretty disappointed. So we got the touch up paint after a bit of a delay (same as everyone else: the car reg details you enter still aren’t enough so then they come back and get you to enter the paint code). Once I’d finally worked out how to find it my order was despatched pretty quickly. Which was a shame as the paint match was really awful. Far too dark for our car. It looks rubbish.
Unfortunately, our story is very similar to other customers. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing; this would have saved us £50 and not lost two weeks on the re-build. I fell for the simplicity of entering your vehicle registration and the ease of the website; please do not be fooled because the customer service doesn't appear to match. The colour we received wasn't even close (such a shame I can't add a photo). I emailed the company with a photograph and the description of the bottle label. I received a standard email that did not even acknowledge the evidence already provided. The email requested I needed to do five things to prove it wasn't a match. The email continued with a list of 8 reasons why there could be a mismatch of colour; not surprisingly, the majority listed were stating user error. I immediately replied to their generic email, saying I'd already sent a photograph and other details. Five days later, still no response. So like others, we have now ordered from a different company.
Don't bother with this company absolutely terrible, ordered paint pen put in my reg number, got the paint was far too dark asked for a refund they said supply photo , so I did and no reply just ignored me wrote to them again and no reply left with mismatched paintwork, terrible.
First class transaction product 100%
Products arrived within a week. Perfect match (Hyundai dragon red Pearl WR7). Good applicator.
New colour finally arrived and it does match this time. So i changed my review from a 1 to a 3 stars. ***I finally received an email from them and they say they have remixed the paint and will send out a new container. I will update this if the paint is correct*** I received my paint after 3 weeks when the delivery was meant to take between 5-7 days. Soon as i looked at the bottle i could tell the paint was wrong, the paint they sent me was a silvery/white colour, my car is a mat grey/blue colour. I held off writing this review because i had hoped i could resolve this by email, but they havent replied to me so here it is. I would avoid this company and go else where, i understand that my cars paint is called "Silver Fox", and that when you put the rego into the site it says the car is "Silver". However anyone that cares to Google Ford Fiesta ST "Silver fox" will clearly see the colour is not a straight silver. Which is what i received in the post. I had provided them with the rego as well as the paint code from the inside of the door frame.
Had the misfortune to order from this company - wrong colour was sent (at least, it certainly wasn’t a match). When I questioned this and requested a refund, I was told I needed to send multiple photos and answer a long list of questions so they could seemingly investigate and decide whether or not I was a) telling the truth or b) intelligent enough to follow instructions - which, due to time, I wasn’t able to do. And they threatened to have any bad review removed from here - hence why I’ve simply reported the facts above so other customers can make their own decisions about using this company. Laughable really considering the purchase was less than £20.
completely the wrong colour code don’t waste your money
I was charged £14.99 fo 20ml touch up paint and over charged over four times for the postage. A large letter costing £1.14 They charged £3.33 and then added VAT on top.
I have just dealt with PaintNuts and I found the service excellent. I was having difficulty in finding the paint code but they sourced it for me from the main dealer.
I gave my reg no in order to get the correct paint colour according to their web page. When I received the spray paint through the post it was the wrong colour. I then sent a photo of the wrong colour against the correct colour asking them to refund my money or send the correct paint. I was assured that the correct paint would be posted Tuesday 13th May. I wont hold my breath.
I have given correct paint code and when I received paint it was nothing like the colour of my car. When I contacted paintnuts they said I would have to provide photographic evidence and prove that I had followed the correct procedure for applying the paint! Basically, making it deliberately overcomplicated to avoid giving me a refund! Went to alternative seller on eBay at half the cost and colour was spot on, suggest to buyers to do the same and avoid these jokers.
I would give -10 if I could. I should have read the reviews first. Those guys made me spend 100 pound on wrong paint codes. The first purchase was my fault cause I gave the wrong colour code. With no possibility of change the product, I bought new touch up and spry, and it was “a shade of” my colour, according to the guy who assisted me on the phone, despite having use a precise colour code. Rather then try see what was wrong with the paint they just treated the client as an ignorant to take money from. I’ve contacted my Vespa shop and other shops that do paint work and they all said to avoid this place and that the colour was wrong and ruined my vehicle. Not even an apology from this guys. AVOID TOTALLY.
10 out of 10 for a very poor service....Please avoid these nuts unless you enjoy hassle.
I ordered from them and had a confirmation of dispatch. When it didn’t arrive I called and they explained they hadn’t actually sent the confirmed order . After a lot of back and forth I decided to go elsewhere. Should have done this in the first place . The website promises , but unfortunately they didn’t deliver

Jul 14,2021Pro’s : excellent customer service. I wasn’t sure how to order the correct colour but spoke to Caroline who helped me a lot. Colour was bang on for what I needed to patch and easy. Con’s : it took a bit longer than I expected to arrive but I suppose covid doesn’t help with postal delays.
