Dec 03,2021Awful company - brought £25 (£30.98 with postage) toy advent calendar and paid express delivery. Item that arrived was completed incorrect, with a damaged box that has toilet paper taped over tears to cover them up. Emailed for refund but they stopped communicating so I am currently going through a Paypal dispute to get my money back. This whole E-shop is a scam, consisting of 3 different companies which are Papaval, ZAZ Clothing and VRP Retail (all registered in Companies House under the same address, different Director for each company). Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

Oct 22,2021I ordered 4 packs of Bouchard Cookie Dough Bites as Christmas gifts. They were expensive at £9.99 each. They sent packs with a "best before" date 4 days before Christmas! I bought these last year from Costco and they had a "best before" date one year ahead - and they were £6.95 each! £9.99 for old stock is a bit much so BEWARE if you buy from this company. You are likely to receive old stock. They also expect ME to pay for the return postage.

Oct 21,2021If you’re going to buy make sure you pay by PayPal. If you pay by card and your order goes missing it’s a pain because they don’t answer emails AT ALL. The first time I ordered, I was SO impressed with the speed of delivery. The second time, I ordered the same items and it never arrived, they never answered my emails and I had to start a PayPal claim.
