Thank you to Joanne heritage@paragon for all the support in completing my level 2 Nvq in Adult care. An excellent tutor, who I hope to also have for level 3! X
I can't thank Helen Banks from Paragon Skills enough for her incredible support and guidance throughout my level 5, Leadership in Adult Care course. Her expertise, patience, and encouragement made all the difference in my journey. Helen's ability to break down complex concepts and provide practical advice helped me stay motivated and confident. She truly went above and beyond, and I owe much of my success to her dedication and professionalism. Highly recommend!
I have recently passed my course, and I am so grateful for the help of my tutors, Emma Taylor and Emily Blackburn. They were both so lovely and great to work with. Thank you both :)
I have just completed my lead level 3 adult social care diploma and want to say a big thank you to my personal tutor Joanne Herritage! Right from day one of meeting Joanne I knew she was just the right person to get me through my apprenticeship. I struggle with anxiety and lack of confidence but Joanne made me believe in myself and was always there whenever I was having doubts about my capabilities. From attending my first workshop I found a confidence that had been hidden for such a long time and really believed that I could actually go forward and achieve my qualification. I am proof that you’re never too old to learn and I am so proud of myself of all that I achieved this past year and I couldn’t have asked for a better person than Joanne to be on this journey with me! I would like to thank Luke and Heather also for being such fantastic tutors, you both have been amazing and it’s been a pleasure to attend your workshops. I now feel confident and able enough to progress in my career. Having the right tutor really does make a difference and Joanne you were certainly the right person for me and I cannot thank you enough for getting me over the finish line.
I am grateful for the help I received from Paragon Skills to gain my Level 3 Diploma in Lead Adult Care. I want to thank my tutor Caroline Budd for guiding me every step of the way throughout the apprenticeship as she was very helpful, informative and helped me to prepare very well for my End Point Assessment (EPA). I also want to thank Luke Radford and Heather Owens for providing high quality workshops throughout and being very informative.
Recently completed my level 3 diploma in lead adult care. I had help and support from my tutor Yasmin Bolt, who helped and supported me all the way. Yasmin really helped and understood me when I was struggling with personal issues during my course. Thank you Yasmin :)
I am extremely grateful to be a part of Paragon Skills. I am having the best support I could expect from the Paragon Family. Such a brilliant experience.
When I first started my course with paragon skills, I had a few issues relating to inconsistency in tutors and limited support. I felt as though I was not being listened to. Then I was assigned Aaron Jones as my tutor, he has been the biggest blessing when it comes to supporting me with my Level 5, leader in adult care qualification. He really listened to what I had to say and how my learning style was not compatible with time available and the use of the written course work, etc which I had taken a break in learning for as I was finding that I was extremely overwhelmed. He really ensured that I understood my options on how best to proceed with my diploma and ensured that he followed through with regular meetings, email and telephone support and adapting the course to suit me and my needs which has really helped. I could not recommend him more as a tutor and feel if I would have had him from the beginning that my course would have been completed a long time ago. He really made a difference to my experience with paragon skills.
I have just passed my Level 5 in leadership in adult care, and I really couldn't have done it without the support of my tutor Helen Banks! Kept in regular contact and helped push me through to the end. Thank you so much!
Recently i finished my lv 5 course in leadership and management in adult care, my tutor Laura M, was always available, full of experience, advice and support, always quick to reply and was a massive help through the whole apprenticeship
I also wanted to say paragon skills were a fantastic company and also a big thank you to my maths tutor Chloe mcmorris who really helped me towards my functional skills maths. Thank you chloe
I would recommend this company 100% for support in helping you progress to your end of qualification, they are there with you every step of the way the tutors are exceptional and go above and beyond to help you just absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough, especially Edyta thank you again so much.
I have just received a distinction in my Business Administrator Level 3 and am over the moon. I have really appreciated the support throughout of my tutor, Emma Taylor, she has been amazing and kept in regular contact. Emma always made herself available to answer any questions I had and to also encourage me and boost my confidence when self doubt crept in. Thank you so much Emma!
Rachel Wright was my tutor from the very beginning, supporting me through my Level 3 Diploma and Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Social Care in November this year. Rachel has continuously supported me over the years, being the most calm, patient tutor and without her I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my goals. Rachel, thankyou so much for everything! I wouldn’t be where I am today without you. You’ve always believed in me, even when I doubted myself – I'm delighted to have achieved an overall distinction in my Level 4. Take Care, Steph Wright
I have just finished my Level 2 for Adult Care with a Merit. I couldn't have achieved my qualification without the consistent support from my trainer Jo M. She was always at the end of the phone or via email and encouraged me to push through when we found things difficult or needed assistance. Her marking was always fair and constructive and she pushed me to achieve the best to my ability. The website is easy to use and modules are easy to access. It was a great course for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of care work. I think all care workers should do this!
My tutor made the work really understandable and was always available for extra guidance I found the workloads to be manageable along side my job. the task also helped me improve my skills at work and builds connection between the different areas of work.
Great experience. My tutor was Shireen and I’m more than grateful for her support and help over this ( sometimes ) hard time . Thank you is not enough Shireen. I really appreciate everything you did for me and help me during my nvq journey xxx
Rebecca Leonard is a very patient, friendly and hard working tutor who made my experience as a learner a lot of fun and rewarding.I would recommend her for any nervous, mature student who has not been in formal education for many years like I was! For what it was worth,I got a distinction and merit at adult learning level 2. Thanks to Becky!
Massive thanks to Emma who supported me throughout my apprenticeship!
