Apr 09,2024Pessimo servizio cliente. Non sono abituata a scrivere brutte recensioni mah sono proprio costretta a farlo. Da 1 settimana che provo a prenotare un posto auto per un periodo di 2 mesi e nessuno del servizio clientele ha voglia o e capace di rispondere alle richieste dei clienti. Non hanno voglia di lavorare.

Apr 09,2024Resultó muy fácil realizar la reserva y también modificarla. Aunque tuvimos un problema con la factura, se pusieron en contacto con nosotros y lo resolvieron de manera rapidísima.

Mar 29,2024website is easy to use and made booking very quickly. there was an issue with my booking as there was no QR code sent with my reservation- so my tip is to check before you travel that you have a QR code to get in a carpark, also, the support is only available during the week, thankfully, i was able to get what i needed and the staff were helpful

Mar 14,2024La experiencia fue muy buena, Leticia nos ayudó en todo momento a la hora de hacer la reserva y aconsejándonos el parking y el horario exacto que mejor se ajustaba a nuestro itinerario, la salida la hicimos 20 minutos más tarde por retraso del vuelo y no tuvimos que abonar nada más, muy contentos, repetiremos seguro!

Mar 07,2024Ho prenotato tramite Parclick, il parcheggio al Settore D della fiera di Torino; sul foglio veniva indicato che una volta parcheggiato dovevo recarmi al settore L per dare all'operatore la mia prenotazione, ma al settore L non c'era nessun operatore e nessun Centrale operativa. Ho dovuto quindi pagare ancora per poter parcheggiare; chiedo il rimborso dei € 20,64 pagati a Parclick, a fronte dei € 4,50 pagati direttamente al parcheggio, per un servizio non usufruito e INESISTENTE e cosa fanno loro? Mi rimborsano solo i € 4,50 anziché € 20,64 pagati a loro (NOTATE BENE LA DIFFERENZA DI PREZZO) dicendomi che potevano rimborsarmi solo € 4,50 e non € 20,64 perché il parcheggio era rimasto (secondo loro) prenotato quando NESSUNO sapeva della mia prenotazione e i posti non sono neanche numerati. Non usate Parclick perché sono solo dei TRUFFATORI. Chiamate direttamente il parcheggio!
