Mar 24,2021Parks ships its orders with no charges paid in origin, so that the customer has to deal with all the customs fees and taxes. And they are outrageous! I had to pay 92€ for 208GBP order. Never will but from them again.

Mar 24,2021Came when expected, however the candle is in a stone pot which in transit had moved around in the presentation box (which btw is lovely). The stone pot looked scuffed, so I kept it for myself as was supposed to be a Mothers Day gift.

Mar 22,2021These candles smell amazing both when burning and not. The wax melts evenly so no problems when lighting towards the bottom of the jar. I was introduced when someone bought as present I then had to go online and buy more.

Mar 16,2021The product (oud nocturne) and customer service are absolutely outstanding. Shipping was speedy. I received the candle three days after placing the order. Only downside is that tariffs/taxes apply when you have the candle delivered to the EU, Germany in this case. Including shipment costs that added a chunk of about 50 euros to the purchase price. Well worth it for me but makes the product a much more luxurious item in the EU than in the UK.

Mar 28,2021Excellentes fragrances, joli packaging et elles parfument vraiment contrairement à d’autres, le seul bémol vient de la mèche...sur la quasi totalité des bougies que j’ai acheté (une quinzaine), elle ne se consument pas jusqu’au bout et quelques fois même au début de la bougie, la mèche brûle trop vite et se noie dans la cire. J’ai dû acheter d’autres mèches, je fais fondre la bougie au bain marie et c’est reparti. Mais au prix, une mèche de meilleure qualité serait tout de même appréciée !
