Apr 04,2025They’ve changed the film and the glue and now some of the meals are very difficult to open. I’ve mentioned this twice but they just give the same platitudes, bordering on being patronising. I’ve been ordering Parsley Box meals for some time and I’m afraid that there’s less and meat and the meals are less appealing than they used to be. I fear that I’ve placed my last order, and will move to frozen meals. Edit - your reply to my review is no less patronising than your email. You have had nearly a year to correct this problem that only applies to some of the products. It’s obviously a manufacturing problem. I’ve been good enough to provide you with the information necessary to backtrack and check any remaining stock from the batches but you haven’t even thanked me for that.

Apr 03,2025Phone call was quite lengthy to read out correct choice of meals ordered. So I wrote it out beforehand. The lady understood and I was glad to pay by debit card. I am quite old, so this way to store vacuum packed meals (in a cupboard) suits me very well.

Apr 03,2025I had excellent service from Parsley Box and received order next day. There was however an issue with the delivery. I answered the door bell in my flat but the driver left the delivery downstairs in the lobby. As I have difficulty walking it made it very stressful
