Apr 03,2025My telephone order was taken by a very helpful and pleasant lady who enticed me into buying a Hearty Steak Hotpot as I explained I normally go for the 'Hearty Meals', having a good appetite. Full marks for helpfulness and 'salespersonship' or whatever it's called in this dreadful PC world! I look forward to receiving it tomorrow.

Apr 03,2025Not what I expected at all!!! Meals were so small and not worth the money. They tasted funny and certainly not acceptable!!! Rather than offer compensation for the really, really poor food, I was just advised that should I wish to return the items for refund, I would have to pay for the.postage myself!!! What a joke!!! This is the worst food company I've come across and in all honesty, I would avoid at all cost!!!

Apr 03,2025I'd checked through your menus on the brochure, so I knew exactly what I wanted. I was able to transfer my thoughts onto you web site very easily, except for when I wanted 2 identical items - it didn't seem to have an 'ADD TO BASKET' box for more than one item. I got it sorted in the end but have no idea how I did it!! Just hope the delivery is as smooth, especially as I am unlikely to be home when it's delivered.

Apr 03,2025The person who took my order was pleasant, friendly and efficient. When they were first unable to answer a question, they were able to find the answer quickly. I do have a concern. I have your calendar, and was going to use the calendar code. I also have the EASTER25 code, but had to choose between them. I think this is unfair, and that the calendar code should be valid, regardless of any other code, or it should have been made clear when purchasing the calendar that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other.
