I have been buying Parsly Box for a few years now and they really have amazing customer service, any problem gets sorted quickly with good old fashioned service. I love the lamb shanks and happy these have been introduced again - please, please keep them all year

Mar 05,2025I’ve been using Parsley Box now for a few years. Their service has always been excellent. Sometimes I’ve used the website and other times I’ve telephoned. Nothing is too much trouble and whoever I have spoken to has been friendly and polite. The food is very good and tasty and I love the long shelf life as this makes storage easy.
