Mar 21,2023I recently purchased my dream BMW from Partridge BMW. I found Jason very pleasant to work with and unlike any other salesman I have purchased a car from. He made himself available after hours, and I didnt feel rushed or forced into any decision. Jason was patient, and fielded a number of specific queries that I had which gave me confidence in my decision. I would be happy to recommend him to family and friends who are in the market for a new or used BMW and I am sure I will be back in touch next time I am in the market!

Mar 18,2023I purchased a used BMW from Partridge BMW and was very pleased with the overall experience. My sales representative was Jason O'Dell. He helped me through the whole process from start to finish and made it easy for me to understand as I have no experience whatsoever. Jason was also available even after working hours and was very easy to reach whenever I had a query. I was able to also get it delivered free to my door despite living an hour away from the garage. Thanks Jason O'Dell!

Mar 17,2023I recently took my car to a BMW dealership for a recall service. Unfortunately, the service was delayed by two days due to some fault on their end. Additionally, when I received the initial quote for fixing the brake pad, it was shockingly high. Upon enquiring with the representative, I was told it was just a typo. However, I can't help but feel cheated, especially since the actual price was one-third of what was initially quoted. Thank god didnt go ahead with the actual quote. To make matters worse, I had specifically requested an engine oil change, but it was not done. While the service was eventually completed, I was disappointed to find that both front wheels were black and dirty, which was not the case when I dropped off the car. Overall, my experience with this dealership was not up to my expectations. I would caution others to be wary of their pricing and to double-check everything before agreeing to any repairs or services. In conclusion, I would not recommend this BMW dealership based on my recent experience.

Mar 12,2023We have had a great experience from Partridge BMW when buying an approved used BMW i3. From the first phone call to collecting the car Jason O'Dell has been brilliant- really helpful, and not at all 'pushy'. This is our first EV, and as it is used we had lots of questions about battery health/range. Jason took time to listen to us and answer our questions. He went beyond expectations by sending photos of the charged range. Partridge are not my local BMW dealer, but I will use them again and will be recommending them and Jason.

He didn’t rush us, wasn’t too pushy as is often the case when test driving cars, gave us confidence that he knew what he was talking about, gave us space to talk privately and went over and above to help us make the right decision! Although the dealership is 2 hours away I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again!
