Jun 24,2021I had a peculiar intermittent problem with the instrument panel in my car. It would have been easy for the dealer to reject the issue when it did not immediately reveal itself when handed over. Instead they listened, looked after me (loaned another car and kept me informed) worked with the OEM to solve and took on as a warranty issue despite the age being just outside the formal parameters. I’m particularly grateful to Jenni for coordinating the excellent service I received.
