Dec 01,2022Not great, had to return everything. The paper table clock wasn't paper. The acrylic cake topper arrived snapped and broken, and the balloon trees have really poor reviews with holes in the candy cane balloon tree, so decided that this was not the product to spend hours on making.

Dec 01,2022After purchase, I had to wait soo long for email receipt. The email confirmation advised I will be able to track items on arrival. This was not true. I pressed the link and had to log in and was advised tracking advice will only be done by email. This method was an inconvenience. I received no email. I phoned the company who advised on coming soon- 5 stops away. But the cake was a not arriving to me: it was for my daughter who happened to wait all daytime for home delivery. She got no updates on her phone. She was at uni in the evening and could not receive the cake in person. It was left at her door eventually. She commented the cake was too small. And a photo I received confirmed it. ( It said Serving slice was for 24. But it was not enough for 15 people attending party. Probably because it tasted beautiful.- the only positive I can say! ) Dissapointing otherwise when you make such an effort for a perfect university get-together.

Nov 30,2022The cake arrived on time, well packed. It was a simple sponge with jam and cream filling, nice moist sponge, nothing fancy but iced nicely and personalised. It cut up into over 20 pieces for guests to take home. Just what I wanted.
