Sep 02,2022I had a very bad experience with Party Pieces. I ordered in advance and the parcel never arrived. I had to contact them to ask about what was going on because I never got any email or tracking number of my order. They never gave me one and at the end I had to cancel the order and ask for a full refund because it was the day of the party and it was no news from them. Now waiting for the refund and some compensation, because I had to run last minute to find some cake decoration for my daughter's birthday cake. I think this was very unprofessional just to let people down without even noticing. They trust in the delivery company and they don't follow up their orders, unless you contact them. I had plan a party and I had to change everything last minute.

Aug 31,2022The personalised banners are really good quality for the price , also had a balloon bouquet, the larger balloons had deflated abit but that could have been caus I had to leave them in the boxes for a few days. Also they were tangled so had to spend abit of time untangling them , they came on the date I specified so on the whole was pleased and would use them again
