Aug 22,2022My sons 21st birthday cake arrived today and although it’s the large one and should cater to 30 people ( so it says on website) we will struggle to get 10 slices out of it! Having looked on the website I thought his photo would be “in” the cake, however it’s been printed on a piece of icing and stuck on but doesn’t go to the edge and is already peeling off! I’m so embarrassed by it and it certainly isn’t worth the £30 odd pounds I paid! I will have to go out and get another cake!

Aug 21,2022What an efficient service and excellent product. I searched everywhere online for LED lights for Chinese lanterns for a garden party I was having. I was thrilled to find they were stocked at Party Pieces. So easy to use with a string long enough to hit the centre of the shade and hang easily onto tree branches. There are several postal options and I chose next day. They arrived well packed and the very next day. Step by step emails throughout the order process with dispatch notifications. Incredibly easy to order an A* company. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. Thank you Party Pieces.

My balloons were deflated when they arrived, after a quick phone call and an email the problem was resolved and fresh balloons were delivered the next morning at no extra cost . Products are really high quality and there is so much to choose from. I highly recommend this company.

Aug 18,2022I ordered 60th paper plates ,payed a lot extra for next day delivery and nothing arrived ,its just come at 14.00 . I didn't think I was a mug and had money to just throw away but obviously you think I am . So annoyed and upset as this 60th is for myself as a fun raiser for The Brain Tumour Society as I have an inoperable tumour . Shame on you .
