Unfortunately the second time I used them the delivery did not arrive the day it should’ve, however they communicated well and despite the delay the issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would use them again and definitely recommend.

Aug 11,2021Ordered sample slabs with a view to deciding on one colour and ordering a slab project pack. Paid £10 for samples. Samples never arrived and I have not had any response to the emails I sent to enquire where the samples were and then to ask for a refund. Would not order from this company.

Aug 11,2021The Arbour looks lovely in our garden. Having done a lot of clearing of bushes during lockdown the Arbour is the perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy our garden. Would definitely recommend. The structure is solid but was a little tricky to put together as there are no pre-drilled holes. Saying that it was easy to build it just took a little longer.

I needed a last minute patio pack for something we started in lockdown and I was shopping around at the big name places for ages and getting almost double the cost for frankly cheap products. I found this website, took a risk as I’d never heard of them before and got a pack for a astonishingly good price for black/grey limestone. The product came on time, the driver was great about delivering it into the drive way, even though he had to cross a road with the pallet truck. It was secured in a wooden pallet, a couple had a few very minor chips but that’s to be expected considering the type of product (also I think it’s stated somewhere when you purchase it that things may be uneven due to it being a natural product etc). No issues with sizes, all 3 sizes of patios were consistent, all scored on the underside, making it easy to lay. Overall no issues and a great finished product. Few months on now and it still looks amazing, even though it was a diy job! Would definitely recommend and use them again if I needed to.

Aug 08,2021We had our garden landscaped during the pandemic. We found ourselves limited for choice due to the shortages and availability of stock in all stores in general. This narrowed our selection of products down and so we could have matching items such as bull nose steps we went with the porcelain paving in grey. We are happy with product and colour and don’t feel paving superstore could have done more in these difficult circumstances .

Aug 07,2021Placed an order to be delivered on a specific date .did not turn up and failed to turn up on two more arranged dates. Cancelled the order and was told that I would be charged if I cancelled, after many phone calls to customer service I did eventually get a full refund.They then turned up twice in the next couple of weeks after receiving my refund with my order which I refused. Avoid this company unless you want to spend hours on the phone chasing up your order. I gave them 1 star because that was lowest you can give ,should have been 0 stars

Very competitive prices, I searched the web making many comparisons. The most important matters ...delivered on time, placed with care on drive as requested. Well packaged , secure and no damage to any flag. 90 square metres of natural Wood porcelain flags which our landscape gardener described as high end finish , a real quality product for the price paid and a joy to cut / lay. Delighted with the end product. Highly recommended.
