Oct 25,2020Excellent product, customer service and delivery. There was an initial issue that the paving slabs I had ordered were unavailable. Customer Service rang and advised. I was happy to wait until the slabs were available, approximately 10 days wait. Received another call to advise that the slabs were in within 2 days of the initial order and would be delivered before the anticipated date. Paving slabs were of high quality, good thickness, unique patterns on the surface, very happy with the look of them. Delivery was quick and easy. A limited number of breaks, under the overage estimated. I would purchase from Paving Superstore again and recommend to friends.

Although the supplier (Italian) had some production delays, Paving Superstore were quick to advise me and delivered ahead of the revised schedule. 70x 1.2m x 0.6m slabs delivered, 0 defects. Would / will definitely use for my ongoing project.

Oct 21,2020Whilst I understand that the Pandemic has caused shortages, I expect to be told the truth about delivery times. If a company is having difficulty in getting products and it is a universal problem I do not expect to read on their website that delivery is within 7-10 days. I delayed ordering so the paving would not turn up before my builders were ready. As it was, they were on the verge of leaving when I eventually got confirmation of the delivery. Not only is the website very misleading, but the confirmation email when I had placed the order confirmed that delivery would be within 7 or 10 days. It was almost impossible to get hold of someone to talk to as I imagine everyone else was extremely fed up with being lied to. Having had my rant, I'll just say that the paving slabs look beautiful in my garden. They are the colour I expected and came in the selection of sizes I ordered.

Oct 20,2020Happy with the quality and transported securely. Was slightly disappointed as delivered late and was rolled off on a pallet with a motorised trolley which struggled. Slabs should have been taken off a truck with a mechanical arm and not a van with a lift. I guess they thought they would save money but struggled with the push trolley.

Oct 18,2020I ordered my paving and wanted a delivery on a certain date as contractors would be on site and I am happy to say it was delivered on time and the quality was excellent also the dat had to be changed and a quick email was all it took i would have no problem ordering again

Oct 17,2020I decided to look online after I was let down by by Wickes who said in early October that paving was a seasonal item and they wouldn't order any till next spring. As I wanted to lay the patio this autumn I looked online and found Paving Superstore whose price for Indian sandstone was £130 cheaper and whose delivery was free instead of £30.The paving was delivered in 2 days the driver was very helpful and I was impressed with the quality.
