Aug 04,2021I found this company extremely easy to deal with and the communication was second to none. Dealing with delays due to the uncertainty of the pandemic obviously added to the pressure a company is ordinarily under. However, the anxieties of wondering when or even if the goods you paid for were going to arrive were professionally dismissed by updates and great customer service. I dealt with a gentleman who made me aware of the difficulties being encountered and needless to say that my worries and concerns were lightened, even if not completely eleviated. My order arrived with only a 2 weeks delay, great product, great service and I would not hesitate in recommending this company. Thank you to all involved for a super retail experience.

Aug 04,2021Ordered calibrated stones, got uncalibrated. Some also never arrived at all and some arrived broken. Absolute nightmare trying to resolve and took over a month. All they did was pass the buck to THEIR supplier and not get back to me. They never answer the phone in under an hour and just want constant email tennis. Eventually I just cut them out completely and went straight to their supplier to resolve the issue. Completely useless and pointless company. Advise you go to an actual supplier and not just a middle man who tack on a premium for themselves.

Aug 04,2021Ordered black porcelain outside tiles for a new patio. They arrived on time as promised and we're bought at a great price. Initially I thought they would have a wet look but they are more matt. They do look better than standard grey or buff but I would have liked them to have a wet look. They look fab when it's raining.

I found the same product elsewhere online, but none as competitively-priced as Paving Superstore, especially when taking into account shipping. Overall I was very impressed with the product, the communication and the quick delivery. I would definitely come back to Paving Superstore for other garden supplies - as well as paving :)
