Aug 30,2024I came across paving superstore as I was looking for porcelain paving slabs. The website had a wide range of products, which were attractively displayed, with comprehensive information about the various options in terms of size, costs, the quantities that could be purchased, samples etc. I found several tiles that I was interested in And was able to order some samples quite easily Online. I did enquire about other samples via the live chat, and this was not so successful. Overall I was very pleased. I then read the reviews about this company on trustpilot. I was put off when i read that customer orders not been fulfilled and refunds were not forthcoming. Comments from paving superstore indicated that the new website belonged to a new company, and the customers involved would have to seek redress via their credit card company. All of This definitely put me off from trading with them. However, I made a few enquiries and spoke to Emma and my faith was restored. Emma Was extremely helpful and gave detailed responses to my questions. It was only due to a misunderstanding on my part that I did not in the end order From them. I believed I could get the product I wanted on express shipping. so I left my order until quite late. Despite my error Hannah pulled out all the stops to try and get some suitable slabs to me with a very quick turnaround. Regrettably as I Had left it so late it wasn’t sufficient and I had to purchase elsewhere at increased cost. Having dealt with paving superstore over the phone and also by email, I was very impressed with their responsiveness, the level of attention to detail, their suggestions and their overall customer service. On this basis, I would recommend them.
