Aug 23,2024Not the best experience, browsed online for a particular product and found what I was looking for on their website, placed an order which was delivered but the item received didn’t represent the image/description of what was advertised, contacted customer services and spoke to George, I was happy to keep the product for a partial refund as I had seen the same item I was sent advertised cheaper elsewhere, however, I opted to go with the one they advertised and pay a little more as it suited my needs better. Unfortunately customer services weren’t very helpful, I had to chase a response and was told they couldn’t do anything and would collect for a refund… surely rather than paying for a collection a decent business could offer at least the alternative in shipment costs for me to keep the product and save the messing around which would also go some way in apologising for their error/improving customer service??
