I ordered 2 dog towels on the 29th December on the website it said if I ordered 2 I would get one 100% free but was charged for both they debited me £27.30 straight away, I have emailed twice as I still haven't received the towels I ordered. I just get ... Thanks so much for taking the time to email me. I am trying my best to get back to you as soon as possible. I aim to come back to you within 48 hours.If you are looking to return an item please return it to Units 2 &, 3A Redwall Cl, Dinnington, Sheffield S25 3QA with your order number. Please be aware due to their huge popularity we are currently making more drying bags and certain towel colours and aim to dispatch them in the next 14-days. If this doesn’t work for you please contact me and we can arrange a refund......... But they never get back to you or give you refund. I have asked again for a refund but still no reply. I am hoping that leaving a bad review might spark them into giving me a refund, if you can't meet your orders don't take peoples money before you have the products available to send out. I have totally lost faith in ordering from companies advertising on Social Media and definitely won't be ordering from Paws and Presto again.
I ordered a harness about 4 weeks ago and my payment was taken immediately. I have e mailed and received a reply after a week, saying they were having a logistical nightmare. I have asked for a refund but heard nothing. Their customer service is atrocious and i wont be using this company again. I have used them in the past and their products are good. Goodness knows what is going on now.
Ordered a jumbo towel on the 12 January but after 3 weeks did not receive the towel, then I received an email saying that I was being refunded two weeks later I have not received the goods or a refund and now my e-mails are not being replied to. Do Not Order from them.
Ordered a towel on 31.12.22 and still waiting! Received one email early Jan to say grey sold out , then a further one saying logistical nightmare. Now not replying to emails and phone goes straight to voice mail and no reply so not very happy.
I placed an order 5 January 2023. Received an emai on 18 January informing they won't be able to ship my order until beginning of February 2023. I wrote again on 10 February ... no response. Wrote again on 20 February and will wait to see if they respond. I have requested a full refund if my order cannot be delivered. I will update this review if I receive a favourable response either confirmation my order is on its way or my refund has been fully processed. Shame I didn't believe the reviews I previously read!
I am giving one star and will update this review should Paws and Presto actually respond Regards the missing brush from my order. The one star is for taking the payment so quickly and not refunding nor contacting me. I look forward to hearing from someone, so that I can give a more favourable review.
Another unhappy customer! If they know there are issues with logistics and supplies then items should be marked 'out of stock'. They are still taking orders and peoples money then ignoring emails and calls. Going to my bank now to try and get a refund. *update* Paws and Presto have sent me a full refund
Absolutely shocking. I ordered a blanket, and sofa cover in December 2022 and like many reviews this was delayed with logistics, supply, and backlogs given for delay. That’s what they said in December. And no response yet despite numerous emails, and messages on the mobile phone. I would stay steer clear of them. Don’t be drawn into their sale. Next step. Trading Standards.
Unfortunately I ordered some dog towels from this company on 8th January without checking out their recent reviews. Like many others left totally disappointed in service. No towels just a generic looking email about "logistical issues". Request for refunds ignored. The towels I ordered were discounted to £50 so a reasonable sum to be out of pocket without receiving any goods Have advised company today if requests for information continue to be ignored I will be reporting company to Trading Standards Office. Certainly could not recommend buying products from this company.
Do not use this company. They took my money, had no stock and 6 weeks later I still have not received the items or a refund. Appalling service, no response to emails or phone calls. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You should not be trading in this way, you are a disgrace.
I have ordered from them before and the towels were slow arriving but I was please with them, so I ordered some more on 16th January 2023. They have not arrived☹️ today is 13th February 2023. I have emailed to find out what is going on and received the automatic response saying that they will contact in 48 hours and “ Please be aware due to their huge popularity we are currently making more drying bags and certain towel colours and aim to dispatch them in the next 14 days.” I emailed back to ask if the colour had ordered was one of the colours and received the same automated response. Now on reading the other reviews on the site I see that they are having logistics issues, and they are cancelling orders. Yet the Website is still up and running people will be ordering and paying out money. The phone goes to voicemail and they do not return calls, if you leave messages so you cannot even speak to a person to discuss order or arrange refund. ☹️
I ordered on November 15th and never got my order. Last mail to check wasn’t answered. I wrote an email about a refund now. Hopefully they can at least give me back my money???

Please do not use this company - One month after purchase I have received an automated email saying they cannot send out my item due to Logistical reasons. No real reason, no refund and no offer of a date when the item may be available. I have been scammed. Please ensure you are not by avoiding this company. ( I would give zero stars but can't!!!
I placed an order on 29/12 and still haven’t received it. I received a reply from Tom on Friday with a tracking number and I can see that he did send my item out on 18/1 and it’s stuck with Royal Mail since then. Sadly I think this small business is struggling with issues out of their control and being a small business they don’t have the capacity to deal with the mass of enquiries. My sister has used this company multiple times in the past and the service has always been flawless and the product really good. I hope my product arrives and I can increase the star rating. But let’s be kind to small businesses right now, I am sure they are doing their best!
** Do not buy from this company ** Such a shame - the reviews for the "Performance Microfibre Drying Towels Set of 4" on the Paws and Presto website were great and convinced me to buy. I placed my order on 30th November. From then until now, I have been polite in requesting an update as to when my order would be delivered and patiently waited at no point requesting a refund. Convincing replies too (do not be fooled); challenging business difficulties, popularity due to the weather, lack of customer support personal, not all the colours are available etc. Emails returned promising my order was in the fulfilment stages and being processed on 27th December, 3rd January backlog of orders were being processed then another email on 23rd January to say items wouldn't be shipped until beginning of February. Somewhat frustrated today, I sent a more strongly worded email asking for news; to my dismay an email returned immediately confirming a refund. At no point did I request this refund... no apology nor reasoning neither. Meanwhile, the towels are still available to purchase online!! Good luck to anyone who tries to buy these... they might be great, but sadly I haven't been able to find this out and wasted my time in the process. Update: I never asked for a refund as I was keen to get the towels - the reviews as you say are really great. Delivery issues aside, you should do what other companies do - say out of stock online & collect email interest for when you are up and running again. And be honest to those waiting on orders. It is hard not to get annoyed when you read folk are receiving their orders for the same product which they ordered after mine.
EDIT 15.02.23: STILL NO REFUND despite the cancellation of the order on Feb 6th. Ordered drying towels for £65 on Dec 24th, no product yet, no communication since Jan 17th where they said, my order will no be processed. Phone goes to voicemail, automated email response that they are busy and will attempt to reply within 48 hours, nothing for a week now again. I think I can kiss my money good-bye as this seems to be a scam. Very sad I can confirm to having received the notification of the cancellation 07.02., sad it takes a bad review to get a reaction. 21.02.23 STILL NO REFUND. Stay away, it is a scam!
I placed an order on 28th November for a dog drying bag and my order took over 2 months arrive. Received an email in December apologising that there had been delays and I wouldn’t receive my order in time for Christmas. They then offered to ship a free item such as a drying towel along with my order as an apology. Item finally arrived on 31st January, there was no free towel included, which was very frustrating as I would have cancelled the order completely back in December without the free towel. I have sent emails to chase the fact that the free towel was missing and despite the automatic response stating that they would reply within 24 hours I am still waiting. In all honestly I wish I had cancelled my order in the first place to save all of this hassle, and now tempted to return the item for a full refund. Update: still no email response and no refund received despite comment below. I’ve now sent several email and asked to return my item, all of which have been ignored. Will never use this company again.
Awful customer service. Placed order more than four weeks ago and it didn’t show up. Emailed company a few times. Finally texted and received a refund with no explanation. Avoid!

Feb 21,2023I placed my order in December and had several generated replies to my equities about non delivery and have been told that there was a logistics problem and I will receive my two dog towels at the beginning of February. It still nothing. I can’t get a response confirming my wish to cancel my order for a full refund, I just my money back
