I placed the order for a simple towel on the website it said in stock and ready to be delivered within 3-5 working days. This was on Dec 6th. Dec 13th came and I emailed the company just to get a generic reply. I chased again 4 days later - again nothing. I finally got a very brief reply another week later saying they were behind with orders and will be shipping alot the next week and that they were a very small team dealing with a lot of emails but there was not one word of apology of accountability - just excuses! (Bearing in mind this was part of an xmas present for someone that had mentioned they wanted one) xmas came and went and still nothing! When I emailed again 2x again with some feedback of Mayb hiring some extra people to man the emails etc and to ensure they update their website with correct info ie being transparent about stock levels and shipping time. I suggested they could send me an extra towel as a gesture of goodwill for the long wait time, lack of communication and wait and inconvenience of al of this. I said for the small cost to them of an extra towel is very low in comparison that I would still leave a great review on website, and buy from them again etc . I was completely ignored yet again and sent another random generic email! This is meant to be a small business which I always try and buy from but small businesses if they want to grow NEED recommendations, good reviews and word of mouth. Now for the cost of an extra towel to be sent along with the one I was waiting for is not a big cost to them as I would have willingly bought from them probably many times again and also gave them a good review feeling like they do care for their customers and I would have recommended them. But I feel very disappointed with this company they clearly do not give a dam about customer experience accuracy of their website info etc. Such a shame as they had a lot of potential.

Avoid this company - beginning to think they are a scam! Ordered a towel and a drying bag in December. Had an email the start of January asking me to choose a different colour as mine was out of stock which I did. I have heard nothing back from the company despite emailing them repeatedly for a refund over a week ago. I’m left almost £50 out of pocket!

First experience with the company. Ordered drying towel bundle for the dogs on the 8th Jan, other than the conformation of order and payment being taken I have received no update or delivery. Have emailed direct and through the shop app and no response, also messaged through messenger and have had no reply. Paid through PayPal and they also tried to contact the supplier, i assume with no reply as PayPal have just refunded me the money. Poor way to run a company, a little communication goes a long way Update 7/2 in response to reply from P&P - that's fine but still should be communicated to folk who have placed orders and yes I was refunded via PayPal as per original review. You also, after reading the original post, messaged asking when was good to call me and didn't when I replied. I get that it's difficult to run a business but communication counts for so much

Had an issue with delivery, items didn’t turn up due to postage issues so received a full refund.

Absolutely fantastic product !! I really did not expect these towels to be anywhere near to as good as they turned out to be . Iv just ordered more . I thought a towel is a towel , but these are no ordinary towell. If you have a dog , you will love these

Edit : Tom contacted me to explain their situation and has now refunded the order. Review updated from 1 star to 2 star. First order placed via sale email and was charged full price for 2 extra large towels when 1 should have been free. No response from numerous emails asking to refund 1 of the towels. Now asking to cancel and refund full order and still no response!

Unfortunately, I am another unhappy customer. I ordered a premium dog fleect on the 12th December and have still not received it. I have emailed, left phone messages but have had no update on my order. I can understand the item may not be received within the usual time frame due to festive season and current strikes etc but to have no communication is incredibly frustrating. Like others, I am also writing this review in the hope that it will produce a response. My last communication to them I took the difficult decision to ask for a refund so that I could then seek another supplier, however, I have still not received a response.

Hi placed order on the 30th November and understand as a small business owner myself that things can go wrong, the drying bag and extra towel for the late delivery, have still not arrived 16/01/2023, requested a refund if they could not deliver by last week still no communication even though it states "I aim to come back to you within 48 hours" Update 17/01/2023 just had call from Tom explaining situation that is why I have now changed to 3 stars, will update further once goods have arrived. Received refund from them and goods just arrived today 30/01/2023

I ordered 3 towels on the 8th December 2022. It is now the 14th January and I have still not received my towels. Meanwhile I am still receiving marketing emails and there was even a 50% off sale for boxing day when I had been waiting such a long time for my order which is really disheartening and felt like a slap in the face. Banner on website says orders shipping on 3rd January - again not true. There needs to be clear communication on this website as to how long the order time is. It's very misleading for customers. Totally understand small businesses can fall into hardship but at that point, you should stop taking people's money until you're sorted OR have clear communication on the website so that people can make an informed decision. Really quick to takes peoples money. Trying to back it up with responses on here saying thanks for the feedback it helps us improve as a company etc when there are many reviews on here and on Facebook from people all experiencing the same problem. UPDATE: I eventually received the towels although one of the colours was wrong and have had an email asking me to review my orange towel which I didn't receive I had a green one instead. They did give me an extra towel though. Still wouldn't recommend.

I’ve ordered towels and a drying bag in November 2022. They still haven’t arrived. I’ve send several email and received automatic emails saying that the order will be dispatched shortly. No communication whatsoever. Meanwhile I keep receiving regular weekly marketing emails. If there weren’t so many other reviews here, I’d be sure that this company is a scam. I totally understand how hard it is for a small business nowadays. And that’s exactly the reason why I ordered from them. But communication is a must! My dog and I are both strongly disappointed

Ordered my towels and dog bed covers early November...after several emails and phone calls I was promised they would come ...I was refunded eventually and promised some free towels which still havnt been received. I'm sure by reviews they are a great product...if I ever receive them I shall let you know!

Unfortunately, I am another unhappy customer. I ordered a doggy drying bag on the 3rd December and have still not received it. I have emailed, left phone messages etc but heard nothing and have had no replies. I also have received numerous marketing emails in this time but, frustratingly, nothing relating to my order. I can understand the item may not be received within the usual time frame of 15 days with the current strikes etc but to have no communication is incredibly frustrating. Like others, I am also writing this review in the hope that it will produce a response, and hopefully, delivery of my item.

I ordered a Paws and Presto doggy drying bag on Wednesday 23rd November 2022. After two weeks I sent an email requesting an update on my order as the shipping stated the order would be shipped in 5-8 days. I had a response on 9th December stating that there had been an issue with the SKU of the order and that the order would be with us asap. I am writing this review on Tuesday 10th January and we still haven’t received our drying bag. I have left three voicemails on the mobile number provided and have sent a further two emails chasing the order but have had no response from the company at all. The only direct contact from the company has been an email offering a “sorry it’s late” gift again to which my reply has had no response. I fully appreciate and understand that this Christmas has been very challenging for small companies with postal strikes etc and I always like to support these smaller companies but I am beginning to worry that my order will not arrive at all now especially as it seems impossible to get in touch with the company. To make things worse I have received multiple marketing and sale emails from the company on a fairly regular basis which is adding salt to the wound! I am a very patient person but we have waited 7 weeks now and the lack of contact has become a major concern. I have written this review on Trustpilot in the hope of a response from Paws and Presto and will of course change the review should things be rectified.

I bought the towel and the drying bag and can only say they are fantastic. We bring out Golden Retriever, Alfie, for walks on the beach so he is really wet and sandy when we get home. Pop him into the drying bag, he instantly takes a nap and when he wakes he is clean and dry. Would highly recommend.

Towels absorb water on dogs well and greatly reduced their drying time. They are lovely and soft, washed well and dried quickly. Yes they may seem a little expensive but if you manage to buy when a discount deal is on and get a mult-pack it's worth it. The towels did take 3-4 weeks to arrive but I was kept informed and it was explained that there were issues with supplies, manpower & delivery. This added on to Christmas rush & postal strikes is totally understandable. I would recommend them but be patient & make allowances for a small business to keep up with heavy demand.

I purchased & paid £40 for a set of towels , mid Nov & nothing has arrived by the end of Dec. Emailed many times , just get an email saying , send order back & we will issue refund. How can I do that , when I haven’t received anything to return. Con man - don’t give him any more money for goods which do not turn up after waiting six weeks . Keep your hard earned money 🐶

Very nice very impressed, placed my order of drying bag and Microfibre Dog Towel... Yes it took a while to receive our parcel but Tom at Paws & Presto was kind enough to explain his order book was bursting and at that time there was just he and Digby at the helm... The towel works really well drying my little girl quickly and easily... It drys fast itself too. The bag is great for when our Cockapoo goes back in the car after her walk... Can recommend both 😀

Was pleasantly surprised when I had the email to say these were being despatched from china, however I was really pleased with the accuracy of the tracking and delivery by Royal Mail in time for Christmas, thank you!

Bitten off more than he can chew. Really poor business model, why am I receiving emails trying to increase current sales when current orders aren't being fulfilled? As below, probably great products but slow customer service and lack of up to date tracking. Despite having ordered 2 weeks ago to a Sheffield address from a Sheffield company, looks like I'll be without 2 of my Christmas presents. Merrry Christmas, I guess...
