Jul 27,2023-Original review for context This company has taken random amounts of money outwith contracted repayment dates on multiple ocasions. Just there I had two separate £5 payments leave my account one after another within a few seconds apart. Not to mention this is 3 days before my contracted payment date. Another example was another out of contract payment of approximately £19 a week after contracted payment date. I don't know why this has happened but it's something that needs to be addressed by the company. I can't leave my own money in my own account because of this, there's no warning as to when these random payments are withdrawn. -Updated review At a later date 2023/09/26, they managed to clear up all the things I didn't understand and had long since forgotten. A bit of prior warning regarding the aquisition of late fees would have been appreciated but I am glad it's cleared up now. Communication is difficult sometimes but always helps.

Their Customer Service is impeccable, and their Complaints Manager is utterly flawless. They took this very seriously, and stopped servicing this scam company, their terms and conditions are clear and logical, their call system is brilliant compared to most, and they provide a lot of consumer protection.
