Aug 22,2023These went ahead and took.momey from me after I had returned my item. They have then fobbed me off back to the merchant (but payl8r have my money) Customer service is awful and fob you off, as it stands they owe me money and are not taking any responsibility

Aug 20,2023Payment did not clear as had fraudulent activity on my card so had to cancel it, had a msg saying payment did not go through so I logged in changed the details to my new card a msg popped up on screen to say card payments will be changed and went to pay now.. only to discover the payment card details had not changed from my old one, so I tried again and again by this time noticed I'd been charged £5 late payment already... tried to change card and pay again did not work then tried to phone them to be met by a voice message asking which department you want to speak to was quite laughable as I tried every option and got another msg saying to busy to answer call.... about 20 times I called.. not very hopeful of getting this issue resolved without having to pay a lot more than I was supposed to as this company will not answer phones or let you swap your details so payments can be made.....company called to sort the issue out which was dealt with promptly and professionally......

Aug 22,2023not worthy!!! you pay extra 50% of the amount you asked in the credit, during 12 months, in my case the price of the item I bought was £800 and I paid £1200 in total for 12 months. find another company or ask to your bank, I am sure they will help you more than this one.
