I’m facing an ongoing case of fraud - where scammers have used payl8r to apply for loans (which have been accepted by payl8r) and added to my credit file. Not sure what to make of the security features or how they are monitoring identity. The customer service team has been useless in getting this looked at.
Barge Pole remove the eligibility check , whats the point when you actually do a transaction that declines. Dodge it people just passed for a credit card no problem, had to sign my life away at check out, don't do it people you will regret it.

I am extremely unhappy with their service. I have opened retailer account and already paid about £1500 including set-up and monthly payments which was a waste of money. Recently I went for holidays and also changed my phone number. After I came back from holidays I got shock - my account was suspended as I did not send some document for a compliance check. Their response was: you need to read Terms and Conditions better as you were late to do this and we did not hear back from you. How could you hear back from me if I changed my phone number and I was away or busy the whole time? The people on the phone are very rude, they interrupt you talking when you call them and they only care about your money. So about £1500 is wasted and suspended account they do not allow to re-open. Avoid this company!
Simple process to apply for the loan with very competitive rates of interest. Kept well informed as to when payments were due and taken.

I didn't appreciate that payments were taken from my account very late evenings, around 11pm. Its almost as if they were awaiting you to trip up so the payment failed. That way charges could be incurred. The DD was set up for a specific date therefore it should be taken immediately on that date.
I don't want to sign up and have explicitly asked not to be emailed again, but I'm constantly being spammed. Liam Martin, if you don't get me off your mailing list, you will receive 1 negative review for every email you spam.
