Very easy to use. Just runs along in the background and email received once payments done. Would just be nice to be able to log in and see how many payments are left etc. Can’t seem to do that on the website.

The re-payment methods are not great if you want to pay off the loan early they do not allow addititional payments to bring interest down

One of the best companies I have had the pleasure dealing with. This is now the 3rd time using payl8r and it's a pleasure being one of their customers. Such a great company, they have helped me out to get what I need when I needed it, payment plans are fair and would recommend anyone to give them a try before trying anyone else. More companies/places need to use payl8r. 5 star service. Keep up the good work guys.

Do not get off them they have taken hundreds out of my bank 😒 left me 2 kids with nothing still waiting refund just took another 115 pounds i only got 250 vouchers for Xmas as we were struggling left me literally with penny's so rude on phone to

Hi I'm happy with the service you have provided me but I'm not happy with the instructor as I went through my driving test but sadly failed. Due to illness which I was diagnosed as type 1 diabetic I had to wait until I heard back from the DVLA before I went ahead with a second test. I have tried numerous occasions contacting the instructor for me to go and have a second driving test but he doesn't respond which has left me in limbo still paying for a service that I haven't got anything out of. Where do I go from here when an instructor does not respond? I will look forward to hearing you response

Enquired about having this company provide payment services for us and have been bombarded by spam emails from them on a daily basis, without an option to unsubscribe. Responses to these emails to unsubscribe were clearly ignored. Can't help but think they have some questionable business practices if this is how things start.

Beware!! It you miss a payment, then you will be charged: £2.50 for each email, £2.50 for each text message, £5.00 for each attempt they make to take the payment, £15.00 fee for the actual missed payment. So in one day they charged me £101.77 due to the amount of times they tried to take the payment, emails and texts they sent me. I have tried to appeal, but no chance. Not interested. Basically don't miss a payment, don't give them your hard earned money. Avoid
