Oct 28,2022Today I applied for a merchant account and it was explained to me regarding the fees charged would be 6% and the customer could spread their payments over 12 months I believed this to be interest free. However it wasn’t explained to me the customer would also be charged a fee you use your service. If this was explained to me I wouldn’t of signed up to your service as I need to offer interest free credit for 12 months. I called back and spoke to I think Liam regarding this and he told me that the customer is also charged between 2-6% per month, this will not work with my business and again had this been properly explained to me I wouldn’t of paid the application fee. I told Liam I don’t want your services as wasn’t explained to me properly and refund me the fee. He was unsure if I would receive a refund.

Oct 22,2022I have used payl8r’s credit facility to purchase an air rifle, which is one of my hobbies I think the terms offered by payl8r are reasonable and helped me spread the cost of this purchase out. In terms of purchasing an air rifle, its useful to pay in instalments as they are expensive items.

Nov 06,2022Do not go with these as they do not give you a statement of monthly payments until you are in the contract with them. I was informed my monthly costs would be £83 and have now gone up to £109 which at this point it was too late into my application so I now can't change it!
