Pay8er are very quick to tell you they have nothing to do with the retailer if you have an issue with a service you’re paying for. if you raise an issue/dispute with the retailer before you have even received the goods/service, then I think the least they can do is pause your payment and help you until it’s resolved. No communication from the retailer but pay8er still taking your payments is not good customer service, in my humble opinion.

Sep 25,2022Great service, easy to use. Only criticism is that the fees are extremely high even if you miss one day or you don’t have money in your account when the payment is taken. My money was in my savings, after I put the money back into the account there was no way of paying it there and then you had to wait, which is not helpful. There should be an option where you can click to pay, if you miss a payment that same day

Sep 20,2022I have paid nearly £400 to have finance available for my customers on top of it they charge me % for each transaction. Just so they keep their money after COVID they have decided to charge me £50 a month just so I'm with them plus % for transaction. I would stay away! There's plenty of companies who do not take a penny so you can have finance available and they do not try rip you off. When I have mentioned to them agreement was different they stalking my page! Where i have written finance option available not mentioning them as I knew I will not stay with them ,they tried to show me that I'm doing something wrong . I did put my complaint and called them I literally lost my money investing in their company so they can turn they back on you . So don't show now you are happy to discuss. Find your emails how you have right to do everything you want.
