People moan about charges they get (when paid late) and their interest rates etc but clearly don't read the T&C's and loan agreement before signing! Was all explained to me clearly, along with agreement sent via email to check before committing. They worked with my paydate and set everything up to suit me. Bonus is its given me the chance to rebuild my credit score. I wasnt accepted initially and my application had to be looked at by their team before i got a yes/no. Heard from them very quickly. Paid £4.95 but i asked the chap who called me what this was for and was told it was to start the process as id been accepted. I did clarify this twice with him to be sure! Again people moan about paying a fee but its simple to ask and clarify what its for. I wouldnt have paid it if it was just to run credit checks and non refundable like some have mentioned. Very happy with the service. Informative and clearly explained verbally and to review in writing before I signed anything. Very happy. Thanks Payl8r!

Reply on here as you can see for me to contact the same customers service again. Why will they give me different advice now they know there's a bad review?
