Jun 04,2024Edit: The business provided a standard reply below my review. I complied and provided information regarding my experience to the email address they gave and never heard a single response from them. Scammers...I tried to call United Airlines to upgrade my flight and accidentally got these guys. They misrepresented themselves as United, told me they could upgrade my flight for $896 plus 137,000 miles. On the day of my flight, they called saying they were unable to upgrade me and I needed to pay another $2,000. I am working with my credit card company to return the initial $896 charge. Edit: I accidentally contacted these guys by trying to call United Airlines customer service, United's number is 800 864 8331 and I accidentally dialed. 800 864 6331. The fact that a misdial led me to these people is pretty solid proof that they are not a reputable company.

Jun 03,2024PCM travel charge me the price of the room ( $450.00) and took out 25,000 points. The points alone covers the room. They put the other $450 in their pocket. Beware. This is a scam operation!

May 28,2024Yo ise una reservación jamás me dieron mi vuelo y mucho menos el reembolso el 29 de noviembre me ayudó un tal marcel y después un tal Rafael supuestamente mi vuelo sería para el 26 de diciembre y jamás apareció ninguna reservación a mi nombre y hora me salen con q isieron un reembolso q jamás apareció tampoco en mi cuenta

May 21,2024Michelle was very instrumental and extremely helpful in helping me obtain an affordable ticket to atlanta Georgia at the last minute, when changes was made to the flight she called to inform me, she also sent me a completed boarding pass which made it easier for me, as I find the check in process very daunting. Thanks Michelle. Will definitely travel with them again.

May 17,2024I spoke with arlo hernandez and I never in my life went threw a horrible experience with booking a flight took my 386 dollars and I never got it back he said tickets were booked then they was canceled this company is the WORST and will never deal with them again. And this all happened on Mother’s Day and ruined my day will all the aggravation.

May 16,2024Muito ruim minha experiencia. Fechei passagem por um valor e algumas horas depois me ligaram querendo confirmar um valor muito maior. Pedi um detalhamento do valor para entender o porque do aumento e a pessoa não enviou. O atendente foi grosseiro comigo depois com minha esposa, insistindo que fechássemos logo, sem explicar o porque do aumento. Horas mais tarde disse que tinha sido um erro no sistema- Achei que era um golpe e cancelei meu cartão de credito.

May 10,2024This is a complete scam. Be sure you ask if you are actually talking to the airline you think you are talking to. They will definitely try to scam you. Hang up immediately. I'm sure the positive comments on this site are a scam too. What happened: I never intended to do business with PCM. I was calling Lufthansa customer service. So one of two things must have happened: 1.PCM somehow intercepted a call I was making to Lufthansa or 2. PCM has put their number online as Lufthansa customer service. At first, I thought things were OK, because the change I wanted to make was going to cost $884.00 or so, but then they called me back repeatedly the next day and said, that wasn't going to work, I'd have to rebook my whole flight and it would end up costing me approximately an extra $ 1800.00 from my original purchase price. I would have never agreed to the change if I had known that in the first place, so I wanted to cancel any changes since I was misled. They told me it was too late. Interestingly enough, I called Lufthansa. They said my original ticket was definitely not canceled and they had no record of charging me an extra $2400.00, even though in my bank account it said it was from Lufthansa. This has all been SO stressful and I feel taken advantage of.

Apr 28,2024Travelmakers/PCM Travels are frauds. DON'T ever book air tickets from them. Travelmakers (thetravelmakers.co.uk) or Worldclasstravels (worldclasstravels.co.uk) or PCM Travels UK Ltd, all are the same. In Feb 2020, just before lockdown, I booked 2 airtickets in Travelmakers website to travel from London heathrow to Bangalore via Germany. The ticket was for Lufthansa airlines to travel on July 2020. While booking, the Travelmaker's website showed lesser price. But after paying the amount online for 2 return tickets, I got a call within few minutes from Travelmakers. A lady named SYLVIA spoke and said that the ticket price is increased and that the price shown in the website is old. She demanded more money per ticket, or else I will endup losing £100 per ticket as penalty. Finally I had to pay £1478 for 2 tickets, about £300 more than the price shown initially in their website. Due to lockdown, the flights were cancelled. I called them and spoke to their manager, JAY RODGERS. He confirmed over phone and over email that I will be able to rebook the tickets anytime in next one year. When the flights were open in Oct 2020, I used one of the tickets to travel and requested for the other tickets to be refunded. JAY RODGERS agreed that they will refund £420 in next 12-14 weeks. One year has passed since then and neither Jay is picking any calls nor replying to my emails. I just want the promised refund amount £420 back. I am cheated by Travelmakers/PCM Travels UK Ltd. I recommend none to take any service from these guys. Note : I am sure JAY RODGERS & SYLVIA are not the real names. They may have assumed new names now to fool customers. They are actually Indians with good English accent. They have taken English names to fool the customers. Thanks, Syed

Apr 23,2024PCMTravels.US is connected to TheTravelMakers.US and are part of a collection of travel agencies that answer 1-888-489-1394 calls. People who call this 1-888 number believe that they are calling the airline directly to change their missed flight. They do not identify that they are PCM Travels and they pretend that they are booking you a flight in the airlines booking system... Not only did they charge me $450 service fee, they lied by saying that they had confirmed that i could still take my originally scheduled return flight. Can't do that when they only went online and purchased an electronic ticket vs booking through the airline like a travel agent. Cost me another return ticket to get home
