Nov 23,2024Horrible experience got them on recording and everything , charging me for a ticket to only charge me more by saying the flight was over booked and it wasn’t . to me finding my own ticket and not being refunded all my money back , talking about taxes .. I will never use them nor will I recommend they to anyone of my friend .. they basically charge you double of what a ticket actually cost from frontier airlines is crazy and after talking to the frontier coustmer agent and he emailed chat stating the flight wasn’t fully booked is crazy and … total rip off and frustrating experience during holiday season …. A Jennifer and That group are bogus … how do you try and bully ppl out of more money …during holiday season .. will not recommend and it’s uk .. they have like 4 different numbers to call and are all over the place
