Sep 30,2024I wrote a review on 19/9/2024, well this is my 2nd review to re-enforce that this company is a joke and a scam. After my initial complaint I have been chasing PCM travels constantly to get some compensation for their dire service. I have spoken to PCM travel staff members Peter, Clark, Maxwell, all names I doubt are genuine. I was told on 24/9/24 I would have a resolution in 48 hrs. I chased again and was told their manager Jacob Bryant would call back. Surprise surprise no one called. I called back again and spoke to a manager called Maxwell who instructed me that I would hear back from him by 10am today, that hasn’t happened. I have made a formal complaint with Wowcher and requested visa dispute for all payments paid. Wowchers response to my complaint was that PCM travels are a trusted third party company, I question their integrity too. Please do not make my mistake this company is a scam.

Sep 24,2024THIS IS A FRAUDULENT company I stupidly booked through Wowcher and someone called Peter contacted me to extort more money INSTEAD OF giving me any booking confirmation or details. I was told I'd be called back but I wasn't and when I tried to get in contact the line went dead. I will be contacting the police & trading standards as well as the bank to recall the transaction. By any means, DO NOT BOOK with this company and the positive reviews are MOST DEFINITELY FAKE!

Sep 19,2024Buen día, yo intente comprar un ticket el día de ayer con una publicidad engañosa que dice que el vuelo costaba 397 dolares y luego me llaman qué solo era para reservar que el vuelo cuesta 900 dolares, y que para cancelar tuve cmque pagar 120 dolares, me parece una estafa, si a alguien le ha sucedido esto me puede decir que hacer.

Sep 13,2024Buenos días cancele el día miércoles 11 de septiembre 1235 dolares me atendió el asesor Sergio no escribo con la finalidad de desprestigiar pero si que me den una respuesta solo me leen los mensajes pero no me dan ayuda y el dinero fue ya debitado de mi tarjeta de crédito no me quieren hacer la cancelación ni darme los boletos de avión llevo dos días preocupadas pero no me dan respuesta

My wife called, intending to upgrade our economy seats, thinking she was speaking with a Lufthansa representative. We were charged $545. Initially, she provided our VISA card, but the agent claimed they weren't accepting CHASE VISA, so she gave our AMEX instead. A week later, we discovered two charges—one on VISA and another on AMEX. When we contacted the real Lufthansa, we learned our seats had not been upgraded. Attempts to dispute the charges with this company have been futile, as they repeatedly hang up on me.

Sep 05,2024Thiago Sanchez del equipo de atención al cliente me ayudó en todo el proceso de reembolso, quien estuvo pendiente de mis mensajes por correo y estuvo respondiéndolos uno a uno, cosa que para Victoria mi "asesora" de vuelo no estaba considerado, asegurándome que si no sigo con el proceso de compra mi dinero estaba perdido y no era problema de ella. Gracias a Thiago por su ayuda, mi dinero fue reembolsado. Pero, como sugerencia a la empresa no enganchen a la gente por publicidad engañosa respecto a los precios de vuelos.

Oct 05,2024Lamentablemente no pudo opinar lo mismo que los demás hasta el día de hoy no recibí respuesta ni ayuda sobre el valor que cobraron de más. Mi tiempo mis horas extras mi trabajo se fue en prácticamente una estafa. Nunca me reembolsaron los $620 y solo que tenía un crédito de 300 para una nueva compra. Cual comprar si me estafaron diciendo que era taxes e impuestos aeropuertarios. Para los demás que quieran comprar vuelos economicos vallan directo a las páginas de las aerolíneas no a pseudo páginas que dicen facilitarte y terminan robando el dinero que tanto te costó ganarlo.
