Mar 11,2024My husband and I were celebrating his birthday in Palm Springs and we walked by a small store giving out free samples. The man selling was very good at selling the products and we walked out of there having spent over 3k! At first I had buyer remorse, but as I started using the products, I started to notice changes and I thought maybe he's right! I think I do look younger and my face looks more alive.

Mar 11,2024I have used this product for a week. I had very prominent dark circles and swelling under and above my eyes. The product took 75% of this away already. I had gotten the condition from working night shift and long hours of overtime, and now retired but the problem stayed. I do recommend this product.

Mar 09,2024If you see one of these kiosk beggars , RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! I was going to spend some quality time at the mall in Charlotte today but was accosted by a kiosk nazi for this product. Since I was in a mood and had plenty of time, I gave in and let the girl apply the eye cream on me. Yes, sure it worked.. just like the Roth cream at Ulta and Sephora for $28…. But she went on and on about her product, the price she quoted was $995, and then she reduced the price to $39 and finally down to $299, and then threw in another cream “for free”. Then she was going to even let me get a red light therapy treatment for free. So I took the bait. Well that was a mistake, because it was basically an hour of some foreign guy applying creams all over my face and him trying to sell me a do it yourself red light contraption for the low price of $7,000 (or was it $9,000?) Oh, and he would throw in $4,000 worth of creams for free. I was so ready to get out of there, but I admittedly am not good at being direct. I felt like I was at a used car dealership with these people. Once I made it clear I was not going to purchase his items, he acted very pissed off with me and basically acted like I wasted all of his time. I haven’t opened my eye cream product and am going to go back and try and get a refund. My whole day was wasted on these people! Ugh! These kiosk monsters should be outlawed! Word to the wise, don’t fall for their spiel like I did.

Mar 06,2024SCAM! I purchased this at a shop in New Orleans, after they demonstrated how the product looks and feels on my under eye area. I loved the product they used in the shop, but this product is NOT the same. I don’t feel or see the same results. Do not buy!

Feb 18,2024Well, a young lady called me in as I was walking by -she offered to show me how amazing a couple of products (temporarily ) removed wrinkles, and over the long run of use they stayed gone I figured on-let’s see ! It was TRULY amazing after she applied two products to a spot on my face Before my eyes the fairly deep wrinkles disappeared!! I was truly amazed Then came the ; If you have time, maybe our manager can give you a facial he’s really booked he’s never available but I’ll beg him to take you for a quick facial to show you what the product can do. She came back and said you are so lucky he is going to give you a quick facial and show you what the product can do-it’s unbelievable that he’s available to do this for you So they put up a screen in the back back of the room and the guy came over and applied some product on my face and telling me all about the product and stuff I was there for a half hour I’d say-and nobody else came in waiting on a facial and he told me that he actually had to leave in the next 15 minutes-so I got 15 minutes of a complete hard hard sale saying this product is normally $4000 but I’ll give it to you for 1000 if you buy it right now Well, he had to leave in 15 minutes and nobody else was waiting on a facial. That was a lie that she told me. I didn’t want to buy anything until I saw if it really worked for me -especially at that price point So finally, when he saw, I was not gonna do it-I ran off to my other appointment at the mall Fast forward to the next day. I applied the product just like I watched her carefully in the mirror do Absolutely nothing happened to the wrinkles. Hmmmm… I had read the reviews of people saying they don’t think they got the same product because when they took their home it did nothing I was concerned about that but I was hopeful that for the $300 I did pay it would do something So I waited a couple of days and this morning I tried it again Absolutely nothing So the thought that this product that we get may be something completely different sounds like it could be a reasonable thought I don’t see how a different way of rubbing it in could make such a difference And I am OCD and I watched her very carefully and I did it the same way All I can say after spending $300 and thankfully not 1000-is that the product didn’t work on me at all-and it does make me wonder how it could be the same product that was put on me in the store I have no clue But I would say, watch out for the super hard pressure tactics to sell this expensive product to you And there is no guarantee on the product by the way at a store you can take back Clinique or whatever if it doesn’t work for you and you don’t like it Not so here !!! So you walk away and you’re out that money no matter what happens Personally, I would say, do not waste your money that’s just my opinion

Feb 16,2024Since writing this review I learned a lot about the distribution and selling of this product. 1) Individual sellers purchase the product to sell. 2) They are all over the country and do their own aggressive selling. 3) They do not explain all the products that can be useful and what they would be used for. 4) Pearl De Flore does not take responsibility for allowing these aggressors to sell the way they do. 5) To assuage my situation, the sales team at Pearl De Flore sent me 4 other products that were pretty good. I guess that is a good apology but they should also stop that kind of upselling. 6) Their product is too expensive for me to buy so I will thank them for sending them free of charge to try out. That was a decent move. Well my story is the same as all others with the one star. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEFS! IT IS SAD THAT THEY COME TO AMERICA TO RIP OFF PEOPLE WHO ARE OLDER, RETIRED AND WANT TO LOOK THEIR BEST. THIS WAS AT SOME WEIRD BAZAAR IN NAPLES FLORIDA. USED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT THAT I WOULD BUY BOUGHT IT, CAME HOME IT WAS NOT THE SAME PRODUCT AT ALL. NOT EVEN FOR THE EYES! RIP OFF PEOPLE LISTEN UP! WE WANT GOOD PRODUCTS AND WOULD BUY BUT BE HONEST AND GIVE US WHAT WE PAID FOR!

Feb 13,2024I too was cornered at the mall in BC and she was very aggresive. I couldn't get away. I kept saying no and that I was happy with my current skincare. She kept lowering the price from $1500, to $800, $550, $300, then she offered her own price that she gets its for... $199.00. So I bought it to just get out of there. Then she dragged me around the corner to their spa where I was forced to book a facial and the man then pressured me to try the products again with a cost of $850.00, $500, and then I after I said no, no, no... he offered me smaller jar of cream for only $199.00 so I bought it just to get out the store. They were very cold and aggresive and I felt so much pressure. They weren't friendly or even interested in anything I had to say, they just want the sale!! I told the lady that I could not afford to spend this much at the moment, but she wasn't even listening to me and didn't care that I didn't have the money to spend. She had a quota she needed to get to and anything I had to say didn't matter... horrible experience and very much buyer's remorse. The product they used in the mall as a sample is not what I got when I got home... didn't even feel the same on my face. Not sure what is in the very expensive bottles they sold me but it doesn't feel anything like the stuff they used on me at the mall. Do not get eye contact with these scammers when you go to the mall. Shame on you.

While waiting for a table at the restaurant next to the beauty shop, I was approached by a young gentleman that proceeded to sample the noir instant wrinkle treatment I was amazed How quickly my bags under my eyes disappeared. I didn’t even ask how much it cost. I said I will take it!!!! Amazed
