Very impressed with the couple products I tried and bought.
We got pulled by being offered a free chocolate, We were told to come back later for a free facial treatment. Once we arrived, Cherie placed small amounts of various creams on my as well as my wife's face and started to have the $7000 machine as well as other creams ready for us to buy. When we said this was too much, she kept on adding more creams and lowering the price finally down to $3200, it was well over $3000 of free products. She offered to use her employee and customer voucher because she liked me as a person. She told me she was going to use a customer who bought $16,000 of product and there voucher on us. How do they make any money if they are offering us a machine that is worth $7000 for $3200 and over $3000 in free products because it's a scam.....She kept on saying to me and my wife, oh look how much of a difference my face or my wife's face looks....as we all know five minutes of applying a cream does not make the wrinkles go away....She thought we were stupid to believe the wrinkles went away that quickly and for us to spend $3200.
Great customer service
El, the lady that attended to me, explains everything so well about the products, and I see first hand how much difference the products are making in my life. I love to see the difference in my aging face, and see the fine lines, deeper lines, fade to a softer, younger look…and I’m just trying to take better care of my skin…these products are amazing. I always leave this store feeling uplifted and confidant in my purchase…thank you so much!
I purchased my product in Hawaii and am uncertain about it at this time. Will be using it and hoping for the best!
They were very friendly and helpful
The Noir Instant Wrinkle Treatment works great. It makes my eyes look brighter, covering the dark circles and showing less wrinkles. The staff in the shop were great and did a side by side comparison before I purchased it.
Love the Instant Wrinkle Treatment Syringe and Firming Eye Serum. A little goes a long way. It seems to be working, although I haven’t been using it for very long. Sales people are quite aggressive. This is a real turn-off.
My wrinkles seem to be disappearing. My eyes now make me look 10 years younger.
Product: Instant eye wrinkle and bags syringe. This is a scam in the sense that they try to sell you a $15 compound for $600-$1000. A Russian sounding lady was trying to scam me at the mall. She actually may not even be aware. You can buy the same thing at double or triple the quantity with a reputable brand (Thomas Roth) on Amazon for $28.50.
Love it! Just with the first use I can see the instant effect !!!!
The sales person caught my attention after I had a facial at Sephora. The sales rep was pushy. The Pepsi t that they initially put on my face lifted the wrinkles and looked great! The product that I took home did no such thing. I spent $400 on store really looking forward to the results. The results are NOT the same and there are no refunds for the $400 purchase. I should have asked to use my own creme to do my other eye. Overall they are very pushy and the price difference doesn’t make any sense. This was Pearl-ridge Hawaii
Expensive superglue that wears off. Do not buy this product. Way overpriced. My sales rep in new orleans tried to give me a half price special and it was still $500. I have no idea who would pay that much for beauty aids!
I love the products that we bought. I would have bought more is there was a more cost effective way to purchase.
I love the Vitamin C serum, the first time I used it, I already felt my skin so soft and smooth. Love it, love it, love it. I used the micro peel, even better.
I went to Hawaii in April 2023. Saw this one guy that said he’s from Norway who worked (sometimes) for the spa at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort/Spa hotel tried to rip me off started at the highest then was trying to bring it down but was really very high price (telling me and showing me pics of an older lady with bags under her eyes the before then after and that I getting a good price because she something like $18000 for all the things equipment) with this product along with trying to have me buy equipment that went alone with it that supposedly last for a year supply l. A person just one time in a life time go to Hawaii. He Working at the spa in these expensive hotel in Hawaii. Trying to rip off a poor person is disturbing to me. He made like I was buying the bigger, taller, wider cream container sitting on the counter. This tiny push upward tube for $300 did not work for my dark under eye circles when I brought it home-saw it was very small….I don’t like people who try to con and get over on poor people he should be ashamed of himself. (And he seemed seriously unset when I did not buy-that is crazy. I Very much did not like, and never will go again. I will ignore people like this. Also the hotel double charged me- they did refund me but I had to call to let them know I was double charged me. Money hungry- seems everyone is.
[Update: Last year I got the same cookie cutter response from the company. Reputable brands hold their third party sellers accountable for protecting their reputation.] You're not alone, and you're not at fault. Even with my background in marketing and communications, I fell for it. There are some things you can do to protect yourself in the future, but first, take the following steps to stop the fraud: 1. Immediately contact your credit card company or bank to begin the fraud complaint process. 2. Contact the retailer. The credit card company must know you’ve attempted to resolve with the retailer. 3. Keep detailed notes of your experience (for your credit card or bank complaint paperwork). Save receipts. Record any communication with customer service. Save email interactions. Take pictures of the defective products. Include misleading claims and unethical marketing tactics. 3. Share & Warn: Write reviews on all review sites and social media. Contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Share your experience without feeling shame. The retailer's unethical marketing tactics were designed to pressure you and put you in a vulnerable position to make an impulsive purchase. Pearl De Flore response to negative reviews shifts the blame onto third party sellers. Reputable brands emphasize ethical sales tactics and hold their third party sellers accountable for protecting the company's reputation. UNETHICAL MARKETING TACTICS They use manipulative marketing tactics to lure unsuspecting customers into their stores. Such tactics compromise the integrity of the skincare industry. Reflecting on my experience, here's how I was misled (any of these tactics sounds familiar?): 1. Psychological Tactics (Insecurity, Flattery, Fear): First, you get hooked with a “free 60-second” under-eye tightening treatment. Then the bait and switch comes. Insecurity: They create insecurity by making seemingly well-meaning comments about your "flaws" or “age-related” concerns. In a split second, something you hadn't been concerned about now becomes a glaring issue. This is designed to catch you off guard. You go from a neutral or even confident state to feeling vulnerable, and then you’re offered a potential solution to regain your confidence — all within the confines of the store. This tactic is insidious because it plays with the emotions and self-worth of individuals. It turns the shopping experience into an emotional roller coaster. Flattery: They use flattery and compliments like "You have beautiful eyes." Once they've grabbed your attention, they swiftly shift gears, emphasizing the need for other products to preserve your “glowing skin” as you age. You’re treated as unique and special, and because of this, they’re willing to drop the price and add on extra products. This bait-and-switch method leaves you feeling overwhelmed and more susceptible to making impulsive purchases. Fear: They ask about your relationship status. If you’re married, they push the need to rejuvenate your skin to retain your partner's interest. If you’re single, they push that better skin equals greater desirability. This invasive questioning not only crosses personal boundaries but also feeds directly into deep-seated fears of aging and societal pressures to conform to specific beauty standards to keep or attract partners. 2. High-end Quality: The sales pitch emphasized high-end self-care and skincare benefits. However, the product I purchased was of noticeably lower quality than the sample applied to my skin in-store. Trustworthy retailers ensure their products are consistent in quality or a refund is issued. 3. Luxury Price: They play on the societal value of youthful skin, self-care, and luxury. They push you into making impulsive decisions by inflating prices, then offer substantial "one-time discounts" and include more free products as enticements. There were no transparent prices displayed on shelves or products. When I asked for prices, I was shown a website. 4. Made in USA: Despite advising against buying products from China and asserting their products were made in the USA. When I returned home, I noticed the "Made in China" sticker, followed by a seal stating, “Approved in the USA”. 5. Trustworthy: Assume a reputable front by renting space in reputable locations (in my case, the Venetian in Las Vegas) and have an online presence. I became a vulnerable customer and proceeded with the purchase. For those of you reflecting on similar experiences with this retailer, here's what I've learned and advise – Forgive yourself. Mistakes are a part of life. Everyone has vulnerable moments. But you can turn it into a learning experience that empowers you (and others) to make better decisions in the future.
I have been using the cream for a few months and Love the texture and softness on my face and especially the fragrance
Your company took me in and basically showed me a miracle
