I was waking in Waikiki and a lady stop me show me the eye cream and the product work wonderful inside the store she offers a c serum in addition and I end up buying it for 300 dollar then she offer me the red light and blue light therapy. Where she offered a discount and offer me a two entire facial set treatment products and she put the items on in the bag but it was missing the eye serum or eye lotion and the facial soap. When I ask about it she started being aggressive so I have to go because I paid already and they mention that sale are final. I feel that they took it vantage of me, and they didn’t put those items in the receipt as they promised.
Somehow my order was shipped, then lost. I sent a message to customer service and they resent it through a different carrier. it arrived on time and contained some lotion and cleanser that I did not order! AWESOME11
Initially I had complaints about the way a sales associate seemed to pressure me, which made me leave the store without even trying the products, or purchasing anything. However, because of this disappointment and the fact that Pearl De Flore reached out to me, I believe that this is a stand-up company that stands behind their products. Happy to say I did eventually try the products and so far very pleased. The Noir Instant Treatment is amazing. Botox without the botox!! And the eye serum and cream are very hydrating. Haven't used it very long, but I'm impressed so far. I think we have some winners here.
Edited 5/24/23. Fernando replied to my email and was very helpful. The customer service for this company is wonderful. I do love the product very much and it is unfortunate that the salesperson who sold it to me in Las Vegas gave me inaccurate information, but that is not the company’s fault. Edited 5/18/23 I received an email from Fernando from customer care. He asked me to reach out to him. I sent an email and am waiting for a reply. Will add more after my interactions. I purchased the noir syringe in Las Vegas. The salesperson was quite pushy to get me to try the product. After she applied the product to my eyes, I saw immediate results. She then said the syringe should last 2 years. I decided to buy the product due to the results and how long it would last, despite the hefty price and the aggressiveness of the sales person. After returning to my hotel room, I looked closer at the syringe. The amount of he product is only .42 ounces (12 grams). The size of the syringe is deceiving. I don’t know how that small amount will last 2 years even if I only use a tiny amount daily. I feel like the sales person lied to me and I am extremely disappointed.
Went in to pearl de flore in augusta ga at the augusta mall and they talked fast and I was told when I bought product paid half the other half I was to pay in 30 days did not realize that they keep card on file and charged my card February 3 when I called about charge on card I was informed that I signed a layaway contract but the definition of layaway is you pay and then when it is paid off you get product well that is not how they do it they take your money using the same credit card and I was told by manager that was how they do business was not going back to pay and get product but no they shipped it to me took it back to FedEx to return manager at store told me I had to find package before they would refunded my money giving your company a bad reputation doing all this under handed business hanging out at mall even had mall cop call on me a 63 year old disabled woman they should be ashamed of their self they are selling your products so I thought you would be interested in there business practice
I wrote a review about a month ago about a product I had purchased in Las Vegas. What I did not know, the product was sold by a 3rd party company and they ‘unintentionally’ gave me incorrect instructions on how to use the product. A big shout out to Fernando at Pearl De Flore whom reached out to me and put me in touch with one of their specialist and a 2 minutes video took care of the problem. I was simply not shown the correct way to use the product. Nonetheless, Fernando’s professionalism was something I rarely experienced. He went above and beyond and answered every single questions that I had. Sometimes I couldn’t reply to his email for weeks but he never failed to follow up to make sure I’m satisfied. I would love to change the original review but couldn’t figure out how to do it so I decided to write a new one. Pearl De Flore products are fantastic. They deliver the results they promise but most importantly, they have dedicated professionals such as Fernando to solve any issues or misunderstandings. I’ll be customer for a very long time and I look forward to to buying new products they introduce to the market
Best anti-wrinkle treatment i ever used. Yes a bit pricey but worth every penny of it. You will need to follow the instructions on the website for proper application. I found that a tiny bit goes a long way as quickly as 10 minutes after I applied it. Love, love, love this product!
In New Orleans right now was brought in to this small salon on Royal street by Antonio to try the syringe stem cell product for my eyes. This product was amazing it did its job immediately. Planning on going back before I leave to Chicago. got to have it. Everyone noticed the difference immediately. Antonio was very pleasant person and a great salesman was very informative on how to use these products.
I sent a lot of money in hawaii on this product just to get home and realize when I got home they gave me the wrong product. I emailed them to see if they could make it right and have not heard a word from them. I even sent pictures of the receipt and the products and still no response it's been a week. Very disappointed.
I recently got swindled into buying the eye syringe as well, as the results at the kiosk were visible. The product that I brought home doesn’t appear to be the same. Not worth it for the hefty price. Even after I spend $$$ on the syringe, the salesman was trying to push me to buy more products.
I just purchased the instant wrinkle syringe and am so excited to use this product. I was given brief directions in store but would love specific guidelines to ensure I’m using it correctly.
I was recently in New Orleans and a great looking young man Ryan stopped me on the street to try the Noir Instant Lift Serum. The results under my eyes were immediate and impressive. Ryan was awesome and offered a reduced introductory price. Unfortunately I be was rushed that day and couldn’t make the purchase. So regretting it now as the 995.00 US is out of my reach in Canadian $$$
I am almost out of the Pearl de Flore and I was able two times to buy it at $200.00 a tube, but I cannot find it for that price. I only see it for 995.00. Can I get it anywhere cheaper? Please help…would love to keep using it.
If i could give it less than 1 i would. I fell for this product in Vegas. I have no idea how she got it to do what it claims but since then nothing has changed. I reached out and no response. I've had skin issues under my right eye since using this. I wasted 350 on this product .Its a pyramid scheme as the girl said she gets points from her sales. I should have known then.
As much as I had a issue with this company, it was more with the pushy retailer selling the product. Pearl De Flore reached out right away, dealt with my issue in a very timely manner and left me feeling much better about this company and their customer service.. Thanks so much for your help
I walked by the store in Augusta Mall one day a couple of years ago after a long day of teaching teenagers and was enticed by luxurious miracle products. I spent $1000 that day. I looked forward to the facials for the following year but kept running out of products that were supposed to last a year. I am a sucker to a salesman, and spent $1500 the next year. I still appreciated the facials. Since my experience with this company, I have found a esthetician with delightful chemical peels and real vitamin C and have watched my face morph into what it looked like 20 years ago, ridding my neck of some kind of rash that nobody has ever known how to treat, including Pearl De Flore. I went to the Augusta Mall store this past week for a facial and did not go for the $7500 sales package that would reportedly change my life. The woman got downright rude when none of her sales tactics worked, reporting that she works for Nasa and is a specialist. Though I am supposed to have 2 more facials, she informed me that since the last sale was made to me in October 2021, I will not be able to have them because my year is up to use them, which is in the contract, but tacky. I left feeling like I have wasted my time and money with this company and somewhat bamboozled.
After writing a not so pleasant review, I was very pleased that Pearl De Flore responded and sounded genuine. I wrote of an observation that I made back in July 2022 and I have since walked by the Augusta Mall store and I have not seen any new examples. I just wish to say, thanks!

This was used on my husbands luggage bags under his eyes. I just a very few minutes, they started shrinking in a huge way. We bought the product because we were so impressed with the results. He uses it once a week for 6 months and then stops for the next 6 months. Only been using 30 days as of now, and we are still very impressed with results. Highly recommend it!

The started with complements and somehow got me in their store (street level at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki)I then got whisked into a "VIP" Room to try the facial thing. Seriously I was so scarred. I just wanted to get out of there. When I said I was on a tight budget being on holiday the so called owner kept pushing a reduced price. When I said no he just walked away. I paid $299 USD and told my next purchase would of the product would be the same price.i should habve been firmer but i was quite tired and let them get the beeter of me. The whole thing left me feeling sick after. I looked at the receipt and saw NO REFUND ALLOWED. I was floored. Please stay away from these people. I would be interested to know if it's actually legal to do that. I am from Australia and it is not legal! Being a franchise the owners of these products should have a say how they are sold. Shame on all. It's all about $$ and getting people when they are on a high travelling.
