GREAT PRODUCTS: PEN STORE is handsdown my FAVORITE shop to buy Stationary & Art Supplies. As a multi-disciplinary artist who loves watercolor & collection pens .. I find most of the things I need in this store! I have a collection of LAMY FOUNTAIN PENS and fountain pen inks from Diamine to Pilot Iroshizuku (and more are available in this store) as Pen Store always have good deals on them! Also recently bought the Limited Edition Gansai Tambi 100 color set. When you sign up to their ”PEN STORE PLUS” ✔️You get 30 days Right to Return (Europe) ✔️Membership Campaigns & discounts ✔️Pre-Access to selected product releases ✔️Pre-Access to selected sales FAST SHIPPING: I never had problems with the shipping as I receive all my items straight to my door! I am not affiliated to penstore at all (I wish) but you can see my Haul unboxing & reviews of products I bought from their online store on my small youtube channel ”The Fierce Art” And most of all the have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE as everytime I call (about 3x this year of 2023) I get to talk to Rickard who is very knowledgeable about pens, I don’t get any scripted spills but real advices, tips & revommendations about the products I am concerned with and I really did learn a lot! Products are all ok as expected. Delivery was fast. Tracking without problems. The packaging is the worst I've ever seen. They ship a simple cardboard box without any tape around the corners. One corner of the box is simply glued. This corner arrived open with the first purchase. With the second purchase another corner was clearly opened to see inside the box. LUCKYLY nothing was ever missing. This is a packaging that doesn't make you feel calm.

Very well designed calendar, feels nice and looks great. I gifted it for my boyfriend who likes arts, he was very happy! The only thing is that when you get only one pencil a day from the calendar, it’s very underwhelming, even though the quality of products seems good!

The order was delivered really quick to my home. I was happy to know that it's possible to order from this excellent shop in Sweden which we visited this year in July. The only thing that worries me is that pencils might get damaged on the way. I know it's not very ecological but I'd prefer if the pencils were wrapped in bubble wrap, not just paper.

PenStore was in 2022 only online store I could find that was still selling Diamine - Inkvent Advent Calendar 2022 end of November and not overcharging for shipment. The experience was great, therefore this year I was waiting for Diamine - Inkvent Advent Calendar 2023 to appear in their store to be able to order it. Same experience this year. :)
