Jun 16,2021I am putting the product to one side because I am happy with it. I am purely reviewing your service. The communication from yourselves was poor. I tried ringing your telephone number several times and different times of the day no reply. The Facebook response despite claiming you respond promptly was woeful and didn’t fully answer the question. I was given a delivery schedule that was never stuck to. I am giving the 2 stars for the polite sales person who actually did respond. I’ll be unlikely to use you again unless there is a product I really can’t get elsewhere then only begrudging. Not great feedback but honest.

The delivery was exactly when booked for and they were quick and swift in getting it up to our flat. The actual sofa itself is the most comfortable and extremely stylish. It has the wow factor. I already recommended Pepper Sq to my family and friends.

Apr 20,2021Our beautiful bed was delivered safely, and expertly erected by the professional bed-put-togetherers. They were polite, professional and prompt. The bed itself is extremely well made, and the materials all feel of good quality. I was delighted that the bed was more brown than grey, (it was quite hard to see from the pictures). Everything about ordering with Pepper Sq has been a delight. I will certainly be back.
