Service was quick and fantastic. Could not believe how quick my order was sent. It was great to be kept up to date about the progress of my order and what was happening when it happened. I did pay for Express shipping as I did need it quickly, and you just don't know what is going to happen in the world at the moment, I don't think I needed it, the service was that prompt. Thank you for that.

Janet was amazing at pet care pharmacy. She went extra mile in helping me out with my pets prescribed medicine. She was very helpful and gave me the right advice on couple of other pet products. I will always be dealing with pet care pharmacy for my pets future medication.

The service I received from Janet was exemplary. I placed an order for prescription medication for my cat, which was out of stock but had an anticipated delivery date in sufficient time for my needs. As it got closer to the expected delivery date, I contacted Pet Care Pharmacy and spoke to Janet to confirm supply date as my cat's medication was running out. Janet undertook to contact me if there were further delays with supply (which was due to the arrival of the stock in Australia - not Pet Care Pharmacy's fault. Vet's in my local area were having the same supply issue). Janet contacted me a few days later to advise that new supplies would not reach me in time for when my current supply ran out. Janet had contacted pharmacies in my local area in South Australia (she is situated in NSW) and located one that had the medication I required. She then emailed the prescription to the pharmacy so I could pick it up and refunded my order with Pet Care Pharmacy. This level of service is rarely encountered and is certainly above what I expected. Thank you Janet and Pet Care Pharmacy. I will definitely shop through you again.

My 2 year old boxer was recently diagnosed with inflammatory bowel desease and was prescribed Purina Ha. As this product is relatively new to the market and sourcing it was somewhat of a challenge. Thank goodness Pet Care Pharmacy carries it. I ordered a bag and it was dispatched the same day. The service was great. Super impressed. Fast delivery too. Great relief to know I can get this product so easily for my beautiful girl. Thanks pet cre pharmacy.

Super easy to manage prescriptions, products exactly as stated and displayed, fast reliable shipping we love it! Our dog has epilepsy and a lot of medications this helps reduce cost and ensure she has the supply she needs on demand as our vet is a rural vet and didn’t always have what she needed
