Apr 03,2025Paid for Express Post on 15th March for an expensive wedding gift and hadn’t received anything by 19th March. When I called article hadn’t even been dispatched - no offer to refund shipping and a pass the buck to the warehouse attitude. Finally arrived on March 21st. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing

Apr 03,2025I accepted your notice to say The Royal Dalton Glasses which had been out of stock, were again available. Unfortunately, they were not the same design in the pattern & also were a smaller size glass even though they were Royal Dalton & were also the same price. I had wanted to have 12 identical glasses & unfortunately that isn't what I got. You did notify me the same glasses were back in stock.
