Apr 02,2025I couldn't tell where the dinner set was made so it wasn't the same quality as English china and a bit chunkier but not bad and better than what's in the shops at the mo. Arrived very well packed and all intact happy with service and price.

All my questions were answered in a very efficient and timely manner, and though the product was coming from half way around the globe, I never had the smallest inkling of doubt that I wasn't in the best possible care. When the parcel arrived, though it was quite small, (a water bottle lid), and not too fragile, it was packed with the utmost of care in a very well large padded box with plenty of wrapping for the voyage. Well done to all of you for Sterling work and the highest of regard for your customer.
