Both the provider of the medicines and the sender overpack the merchandise so it doesnt fit through a letterbox...thirty pills easily fits correctly packaged. So what happens is the pills you are waiting for take several trips back and forth needlessly wasting yours and the Royal Mails time and resources... Other than that 100%

Feb 13,2025I ordered my 1st Wegovy Pen with this company, The box the pen was in was wet and the pen has leaked fluid. I informed them by email and the reply I had was that I needed to watch a video on how to use use the pen properly. They are obviously placing blame squarely at my feet which is poor service if that's the case. I'm still waiting for a response but my experience at present is not good considering its wasted £150 of my money.
