Jan 20,2025Very poor service, too slow processing my orders- several days later. It also took numerous attempts to complete the order with the site constantly crashing every time I tried to make payment. Clearly needs to use a more reliable courier and faster dispatch when customers rely on medication. Royal Mail is completely unreliable, no signature required on delivery (for medication!) and left on doorstep, 5 days for delivery is ridiculous- Why state express delivery- next day, if they have no intention of honouring it. Just very poor excuses blaming other conditions. Also should not have to complete the questionnaire every time I reorder the same tablets for an ongoing condition. Very poor indeed. Avoid this company.

Jan 17,2025A complete lack of customer service. I do not recommend this company. They don't reply to emails when they're in the wrong. They charge for next day delivery but I did not receive the item until 6 days later, when I queried this and asked for a postage refund they tried to blame royal mail. When I corrected them and said actually it was your fault as you didn't despatch the item, they then blame me and that it was a weekend. DON'T ADVERTISE NDD IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE. Refund your customers when you are in the wrong!!!
