Jul 13,2021I ordered a Sonicare Essence rechargeable toothbrush which uses the screw-on type heads. However I received the Daily Clean model with the snap-on heads. I would have given a better rating if I had been informed of the change of model before receiving it with an opportunity to accept or decline the order.

They had the product I needed, at the best price and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely order from here again.

Jul 13,2021I had the choice between Amazon and Pharmapacks for my puchase. Pricewise they were the same but Amazon required their minimum for shipping and Pharmapacks did not so i bought through them. Absolutely surprised how quickly my items came. Great service.

Jul 13,2021This is probably the best mail-order company I have ever worked with. My order arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, after trying the knee braces out for an evening, it became obvious that they were not going to work for me. I called to see if they could be returned, doubting that it would be possible. After checking the order number, the customer service operator I spoke with immediately explained that, because of COVID, they were not taking returns of inexpensive items - but that she would refund my money anyway, and suggested that I might want to donate them to some who needs them (which I was planning to do anyway if a return was not possible). Both of the customer service operators I spoke with while ordering and requesting a refund were efficient, friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this company enough!

I can not help but think that this was purposeful on your part and I have been trying to get ahold of you. If I could give you ZERO stars, I would!
