Jun 10,2021The product is excellent. The only thing I received it one day after the e-mail said it was delivered. That may not be your fault - I live in a large nursing facility and late and no item are not uncommon.

Jun 09,2021Good products but not packed well. When I opened my box, the lotion pump was broken off. The box was lined with bubble wrap, but the products themselves weren't packed tightly, so the lotion bottle was clearly able to be jostled around. Otherwise, love the products! I'll still probably purchase again here but just a bummer I can't pump lotion out easily.

The shipping takes too long, the delivery date is always changing, product availability shows in stocks and out for delivery followed by "oops we don't have any and no clue of when we will. Calling CS about it, you may well talk to a toddler!!
