Nov 04,2021The 3 Queens Gin - Cunard was ordered (all 3 bottles). i forgot to put the CUNARD code in to receive 20% discount. i would not have ordered if I had not receeived the e-mail sttaing Cunard are in partnership with Pickerings. I rang Pickerings and explained I had forgotten to put the code in my order and was there any chance the discount could be applied by way of refund. To my surprise the mamber of staff at Pickerings contacted me and arrranged the refund. She was very freindly and professional. The gin has arrived now, excellent gin - we shall be ordering more.
