Aug 21,2022I recently bought a coffee table and end side table from this company. They came with dents and looked cheap picture were not clear on their website. I was unhappy because of the price I payed. I emailed pictures to them and asked for a refund. They said that there is nothing there and refuse to give me a refund. When speaking to me it sounded really unprofessional. I sent them more pictures visibly showing dents and telling them that I’m unhappy with the quality and I will write a review about this. They then said there is actually visible dents and they will give me a refund. However I was charged £62 for the delivery which shouldn’t be my price to pay as it’s not my fault the quality is bad. I’m very unhappy. Do not buy from this company. Bad quality coffee table. Bad service. Bad everything . Stay away. I tried my best to try attach an image for proof but it won’t let me. Feel like it was done on purpose.

Me & my wife choose one of Palermo 3 Seater Modular Sofa with Chaise - White Modern Contemporary Sofa, it's really too pretty in real as well as picture. They delivered it within 4-5 days of ordering. Recommendable product & service overall.

Jul 22,2022Great service from this company,we bought a TV unit from them,quite a few months ago now and the clips broke holding the glass shelf in place (our fault on two occasions) and twice they sent out replacements with no charge.Very rare to get such excellent service these days,would highly recommend.

I rang and spoke to an extremely helpful and pleasant lady called Jane who went out of her way to track down another cabinet for me. The whole process from start to finish - product quality, price, communication and delivery could not be bettered.

Excellent qulaity of product in all respects-useful size. compact, easy to put together and sturdy and stable-glass is securely attched so no danger of it slipping.
